Every one is good . when we come to the hotel we got very grateful and welcome from Hisham in the reception is always helpful and amazing working . gave nice room . the hotel is good beach good I recommend the hotel to all people to come to enjoy and get nice holiday with nice worker's

I don’t even know where to begin. This was our first holiday in Hurghada, and definitely not our last. We spent a long time deciding on a hotel, and in the end, we chose the Mercure Hurghada Hotel—and we absolutely do not regret it. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning surroundings, and very clean. ALL the staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling. At the reception, I’d like to thank Saif (who had no problem offering us a room change), the entire restaurant team and the head chef (who prepared delicious meals just for me upon request), the animation team, who kept all the guests entertained—thank you for being there for my daughter Iris as well (I’m sure you won’t forget her 😅). The only thing to consider would be renovating the rooms, as they are a bit outdated… We truly had an amazing time, and it’s all thanks to ALL the employees at Mercure Hurghada Hotel. First time i come to This hotel after 20 years holidays in Hurgada and totally recommending, everything is so comfortable and peaceful, joyfully, so satisfied with everything here, clean rooms, good food, beautifull beach, perfect for all ages.. And all people so nice and friendly, no one annoying you.. Special thanks to animation team, they are so professional and friendly, making really good show

2 friends staying in November

Hotel is nice, animation team is wonderful 😘🌴 the sea is veryy close to the rooms, literally 2 minutes from the room, pools and cafes with drinks available. The weather is good, but windy in November, the sea is a little cold, but ok if you are from cold Russia 😂

cool!!

Eeverything was cool, the rooms were very comfortable, the cleaning was good. I won't say that I really liked the animation, it was a little boring. The food was not varied, it was the same every day, but the choice was large, the food was delicious Overall, 8/10 It’s pretty good place to spend holidays.
