MAXX ROYAL BELEK GOLF RESORT

We spent six nights at Maxx Royal Belek in late -October, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The weather was perfect for the time of year, around 25-27°C with blue skies every day in late October -early November We had a blast in the water … at the pool and at the beach. The sports options were great and we enjoyed tennis, football and cycling around the resort (took an hr with our kids!). We also did the laser tag and tree top adventure climbing (like go ape) The food was very good and compares well with some of London’s better restaurants. To put the quality into context, the best of the pralines available at Maxx almost match the quality of French and Belgian houses such as Neuaus and Marcolini. They are bettered only by the very very top end praline houses. This is serious quality. The pastries looked amazing but were too sweet to our taste. Oh, the turkish delight was amazing ! The kids club kept our little ones entertained for the time they joined. Our assistant, Merihiban, was brilliant—she made everything so smooth and was very helpful. The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark this time were the evening shows. On a previous stay, they had very good circus and performing arts acts with great stage decor. this time they were mostly musical performances and with no stage decor , which felt a bit scaled back in comparison. Another small point were the mattresses; they were fine, but not up to the high standard of the rest of the resort . Overall, we loved our stay here. This is a top resort. We’ve also stayed at the hotel’s sister property, Voyage, and Maxx Royal Belek is definitely worth the extra….Everything feels much more polished and thought-through. Highly recommend! Overall… 10/10.

Very nice hotel and service. The personal from hotel is very nice and friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to go for a run, good gym and very nice golf place. Food is good, they have for everyones taste something. Novemeber is the perfect time to come very nice weather.

- Solid and well managed property. The exercise grounds are impressive and expansive. - Maxx Assistants Ebru and Samira were excellent. Top quality, bespoke service and really went out of the way to deliver an exceptional service experience. They were the top highlight of the property. Both really cared, were incredibly helpful, incredibly capable. 10 out of 10. - Also very upside surprised by massage therapists Tezcan and Ugur. Both were among the best massage therapies ever. Both are 10 out of 10 and very experienced, simply outstanding. Wow! - Hussein at the Turkish restaurant is also exceptional; incredibly helpful, friendly, sincere- a lot of credit to him. - Hotel did a good job accommodating a sports competition and there is good service orientation overall. All staff were helpful - For an all-inclusive hotel, the food surprised positively. 24 does not have great food options, but the main restaurant is actually very good with a broad array and quality is surprisingly high. - Tennis coach Hassan did a great job and had a really positive, helpful attitude. - Overall, this hotel delivered above expectation.

Nice hotel, great facilities, lots for kids to do however family all been ill 8 days out of 10. Clearly no standards for kids club and families being advised to keep kids out for 48 hours if sick. So many people poorly which is either sick bug, ice or food ? But have spoken to many sick families now so something is not right. Nice selection of food however have sent so many dishes back due to not being cooked from chicken to fish to eggs. Real shame has totally ruined our family holiday. Hotel in complete denial that anything is wrong despite so many families complaining which really is a shame. Service issues, they are so quick in wanting to get food out that one child eating dinner and they want the other child to chose desert as they had finished. Food arrives sporadic which can be 5 or 15 mins between another family members dinner. Food arriving many times before drinks have arrived so feel very rushed all the time. Have eaten breakfast before coffee arrives. Smokers are rife if your a non smoker you have to sit inside ! So smokers get to watch the show but non smokers have to have tables inside if you don’t want to be choked. Son has asthma so couldn’t take a chance. Had to sit inside at lunch rather than on twenty4 terrace due to the amount of cigar smokers. In a terrace suite, sat at terrace pool close to kids club and water park however decking being replaced all week but had to sit close to kids club in building site All on all a great hotel great facilities but completely ruined with illness and food not being cooked properly

We had the most amazing time at the Maxx. All the reviews say it all really and it’s hard to put into words the experience you’ll get staying at this hotel. Every detail has been thought about. The service is excellent, drinks were plentiful at every bar we sat down in. The cocktails were divine. Every part of the hotel is immaculate and the decor and spaces for guests provide a lovely chilled vibe. We enjoyed the daily sunset live bands at the bar. We explored every part of the hotel and took advantage of all the activities available - bowling, golf, shooting, water park, spa, running path round the golf course, tree top adventure. There is too much choice for food - we visited all the al a cartes, including Alfredo’s restaurant for the tasting menu. The service here was another level! I now just need a detox and diet!!
