Special thanks to the waitress Sevim.
Our stay in Lykia was very nice. Special thanks to the waitress Sevim in the main restaurant, who remembered every time which drinks we ordered and brought them for us without asking. Excellent service especially from her. Otherwise all went well.

Be warned! Disappointing Experience at a Subpar Resort
While there were a few positives—namely, the golf course itself, decent food, and favourable weather—the overall experience was nothing short of catastrophic. This establishment is far from the 5-star resort it claims to be; at best, it's a subpar 3-star hotel! The lack of hospitality and respect shown by the staff was astonishing. Not once did we encounter a smile or any willingness to assist us during our stay. The resort is outdated and poorly maintained, with frankly disgusting furniture. The atmosphere felt eerie and deserted, and many advertised specialty restaurants were permanently closed. What they offer hardly resembles a luxurious experience—a souvenir shop and a store selling cheap clothing does not cut it! Despite booking seven months in advance for what was supposed to be an exceptional getaway, with only 50% occupancy, our room (7202) was dark, worn down, and had an obstructed view into a tree! We purchased an Ultra All-Inclusive package only to find out upon check-in that even the receptionist couldn't explain what it entailed—“Download the app” was her response! This term seems like mere marketing jargon because it clearly means nothing. The selection of drinks at the bars was abysmal and not worth the price paid. To top it off, the bed linens were too small for the bed, and sticky floors forced us to wear shoes indoors. In addition to these issues, we encountered unsanitary conditions in the main restaurant, where a cat roamed freely while dining guests were present. Even more concerning was finding dog food less than eight meters from food being served at the golf course! At a so-called 5-star resort! As for management, there seemed to be no accountability whatsoever—just finger-pointing in every direction! We booked three rounds of golf for five days but were unceremoniously assigned twilight tee times without prior notice after payment confirmation. Playing under those conditions meant we could never finish our rounds due to late start times. On Friday alone, eight players shared the same tee-off time! When I sought assistance from management at the first hole regarding this chaos, I was met with indifference. The manager's dismissive attitude while laughing in Turkish with staff members added insult to injury—it’s utterly disgraceful treatment for paying customers! We have photographic evidence showing how overcrowded the course became; it's unacceptable anywhere else in the world! With up to 250 people sent out daily on such limited space leading us all to wait endlessly between holes—it’s clear they're prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. The driving range featured old balls that should have been discarded ages ago yet still charged an outrageous price! I sincerely hope this review prompts some reflection on their practices; however, given my experiences thus far, I don't expect much improvement. We've been sold an experience that bears no resemblance whatsoever to what they advertise. If you want to play a nice links course, do so! But, stay away from the hotel.

October stay with kids and grandparents
Our holidays at Lykia World Antalya turned out to be really enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. A week of summer weather in the middle of October, beautiful grounds with pine trees, spacious room with a balcony overlooking golf courses and Mediterranean Sea in the background, great choice of food at the main restaurant (big thank you to Sevim Hanım who made as feel the most welcome guests every time we went there for breakfast or lunch!). And my kid appreciated the choice of activities - from Boccia and Darts (big thank you to Farizuwa and the rest of the team!) to playing tennis (if you aren’t picky, rackets are available to borrow at guest services).

    Great Guest Relations Team!
Guest relations is so good. They are very helpful and they speak English very well. They solves our all problems. Especially Tülinay, she is the best worker here! Our holiday was really great. Foods are very delicious and you can find whatever you want. The only recommend from me is that the hotel should stop using plastic forks or spoons or sth.

    Not Five stars at all
I stayed at this resort last month for eight nights. I bought a tour from Belarus, and my agent highly recommended this hotel as a five-star ultra all-inclusive. However, upon arrival, I was a bit disappointed because it didn't feel like five stars. It may have been five stars once, but now it seems worn out; you can still see it's a good hotel, but it needs maintenance. I was also surprised by the level of service, which didn't match five-star standards. It was clear they dint have enough staff, and those who were working appeared rude and unfriendly, especially the chef at the buffet. Honestly, it was even uncomfortable to ask for something because their reactions could be unpredictable. As for the grounds, they are very large and beautifully green. The entrance to the sea is pebbly, but the beach is sandy. The food also left much to be desired; there was a large selection, but everything was tasteless. I've never encountered anything like this in my life. I read in comments that guests recommended reducing the menu but making it higher quality. The hotel room was nice, and cleaning was done almost daily, but they only changed the bed linens about twice in eight days. Regarding the hotel’s location, my agent from Coral Travel in Minsk didn’t tell me that the hotel is far from everything—there's nothing within 30 km, and you have to drive through small villages to get there. The nearest cities, Belek and Side, are about 30 km away. So, if you need a hotel for relaxation, it’s suitable, but if you want a more active lifestyle, it’s definitely not an option. A special thanks to guest relations, Anastasia, and all the reception staff; they were always polite. I also want to highlight the spa and its staff; everything was very professional. As for my overall experience, the sea was wonderful, but next time, I definitely won’t choose this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.
