An absolute stunning Holiday Resort for all!
Without a doubt the Daphnila Bay Resort , Corfu, is one of the loveliest hotels that we have stayed at. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, so friendly and attentive and the hotel is set in a beautifully tranquil nature setting with incredible views. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink and smiles all round , this sense of hospitality was echoed for the entire stay. On day two of our visit we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view apartment with thanks to Kristina, it honestly was beautiful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff at this wonderful resort . Despite residency being at full capacity of 700 guests, this was not evident at all. Food was plenty and constantly replenished and all areas of the grounds felt spacious and comfortable. Pedros welcomed us at each meal, making us feel as though we were the only guests there ! Elsa's stunning smile was a joy to see at dinner time , service was truly attentive at all times . The warmth and care of Kristina at the front desk was unique , she ensured that we were comfortable and content throughout our entire stay , from start to finish. Spiros and his team at poolside were with smiles and positivity , and again attentive to our needs. On day 4, before returning home, we booked two ancient spirit elixir massages with the lovely Eleni. She was so lovely and an incredible practitioner, a credit to the wonderful hotel team ! We will most certainly return to the lovely Daphnila Bay resort again, the unbelievably beautiful views , the kind and attentive staff, delicious food and overall wonderful holiday experience was an unforgettable one. Thank you to you all - Love and light Amrita & Anisha

    Enjoyable October break
Lovely hotel- nice room ( garden view main hotel) - delicious food ( vegan/ vegetarian options) - pool not huge could become crowded easily in high season. However there is nice calm water at the beach- almost lake like in appearance during stay and I was still able to manage a swim - not too cold- there is also beautiful lush greenery to relax in next to beach. Definitely a slight trek to the beach and back to Hotel but a great way to burn off some calories! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Hotel.

    Unfortunately won’t be back
Good and bad things to say about this hotel. Let’s start with bad. When we arrived we where told there was a technical issue with our room so we couldn’t go to our room for two nights, they put us in a bungalow for two nights (they did give us a free bus trip into old Corfu town which is €10 each) so we had to get on a golf cart to take us to the bungalow and had to phone reception to get another cart back to the hotel, now the next day we asked what time we could have our actual room and she let slip the previous family will be checking out at 11 the next day. Which she then tried to take back when she realised what she had said. So they had double booked our room which we had booked for over a year and we spoke to two other family’s and they did the same thing to them. There was little to no entertainment on a night, they didn’t even play music in the bar area. The area around the pool was tiny and the sun beds were comfortable but really low to the ground making it hard for some people to get up of plus there wasn’t many of them, god knows what it’ll be like in peak season. The WiFi was terrible also The bar man at the pool bar during the day was very rude and arrogant. The good All the other staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious coming from a meat eater and a vegetarian. We both had a lot to choose from. The hotel itself was spotless. There was always someone cleaning it and a man cleaning the pools every single morning. We will go back to Corfu but not this hotel unfortunately all the bad outweighs the good, especially the room situation and we couldn’t unpack for two days.

    Beautiful resort and staff!
My husband and I booked a week's stay at the Daphnila at the last minute and we are so delighted we did. What a beautiful location! The resort is so well laid out, not too big with a gorgeous beach. We found all of the staff so friendly and helpful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was gorgeous too, plenty to choose from and so tasty. We stayed in a bungalow near the beach which was perfect for us - the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill so the initial walk up to the buffet was an eye-opener! Thankfully, a call to reception resulted in a buggy collecting people at the bottom of the hill near the beach and we used this time and time again. The drivers were lovely. In hindsight, we would still chose to stay in a bungalow near the beach - we were able to visit the beach to see the sunrise so easily and would highly recommend it. We did a few activities - bbq boat trip with ASTERAS which was simply gorgeous. The skipper and his crew brought us along the north east cost of Corfu, pointing out various landmarks of interest, and we ended up on a beautiful pebbly beach where the skipper and his crew cooked us a gorgeous bbq from the top of the boat. From there, we were taken to the stunning village of KASSIOPI. We had just over an hour to wander around there - husband fell in love with the area! On the return journey, we stopped at some caves where some people went for a swim. We left the hotel at 9.40am and were returned to the hotel at approx 4.40pm. A really lovely day out - would highly recommend. The following day, we had booked para-sailing with CORFU SKI CLUB, who were situated at the left-hand side of the beach at Daphnila. Annalise took our booking and was SO kind and reassuring. Her brother and uncle took us out and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was slightly terrified but they were so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. We wanted to go again straight away - it was the most chill, serene experience and we could not recommend Annalise and her team enough! We took the water taxi to Corfu town the following morning - we were collected at 9.30am and left Corfu town at 2pm. I felt like the small speedboat was hitting the water in spots but it was an experience and I'm so glad we visited the charming town. Overall, we had the most wonderful, relaxing break, and can't wait to visit again.

Professional best all-inclusive I have visited
Thank you so much to all the staff for making this a fantastic holiday for our family, 18th-25th Oct. An all inclusive like no other- download the app to view drinks available, didn’t use it for anything else. Bar staff know them all off by heart. Shout out to Marilena and Victoria at the beach bar and lady at Lobby bar- so professional. Tireless. No offence to the brits but being outside English school holidays there were mainly Germans, Greeks and other Europeans. No daytime drunkenness and evenings were civilised. You can have as much as you like of course. No judgement! No reps in your face, no inane chat. Left to relax. No wrist band, no separate all inclusive bar list. Didn’t ask for branded drinks however, was no need. We stayed in a bungalow half way between the beach and the main hotel. Perfect spot and unless you have mobility issues ignore ‘the hill’ issues mentioned by others. It’s a few mins from top to bottom. We arrived 1am but were able to relax in foyer with some water before being driven to bungalow. Transfer 30 mins max, 2nd stop. Everything kept clean and room checked daily. Comfortable bed - this not always the case at other hotels. Really quiet at night. Safe included. Door separating kids twin room. Good air con x 2. Decent bathroom. Mini fridge with water and soft drinks included. Bottle of wine on arrival. Sea was warm enough to swim comfortably when the sun was out. Indoor pool (which is exposed to outdoors) was great for kids. Main pool refreshing after the gym! Indoor gym (I didn’t venture to outdoor) has a couple of treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machine, bikes, smith machine and dumbbells up to 10kg. A few kettlebells up to 20kg. Smith machine for heavier weights and a flat bench. Suggestion would be to get a dumbbell set 12.5 to 30kg. Two saunas at gym, accessible from both gym and pool. Changing rooms at gym and pool. Toilets at beach for quick change. They are clean. Always managed to find a seat at the beach and pool. Towels included. We stuck to the buffet mostly in the main restaurant as the range was great, including vegetarian, plus kids could be kept happy and free. More difficult for vegan on sight but I didn’t ask. Staff see you to seats and bring drinks. Pool bar does pizza, salad, chips, simple meat dishes for relaxed lunch. Crepes and Icecream outlet next door. Good quality Icecream. A la carte restaurants available plus included trip to Daphnila village. Book the speed boat for 4hr corfu town visit. Runs perfectly on time and really quick. Welcome breeze. Pool table 2 euros a game. Worth it to stop the hogs. Suggest chalk and replacing a couple of cues. Lobby had change every day except Sunday. Will seriously consider coming back, thanks again to everyone. Amazing.
