Excellent room service

Hassan Kamal was first class room cleaning the room was always left to an excellent standard and everyday the room was immaculate on our return. We even had a beautiful towel swan with yeah flowers awaiting our return. Felt very safe leaving our belongings in his care. Overall a fantastic service from Hossam Kamal.

Wonderful hotel

Fantastic hotel, our second time here and will definitely return again. Hotel staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. Lots of entertainment provided. Upgraded rooms are fantastic. Great choice of bars and restaurants to choose from.
