    12 out of 10 experience
What can I say? What an amazing holiday. From arriving at our hotel to leaving it. The hotel management and staff go above and beyond for guests. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. There are plenty of amazing quality food options and restaurants. We loved that there are plenty of kids pool options. Indoor, outdoor, and aqua just for the kids. The beach was amazing and the water was so clean. The best part for us was definitely the kids' club. We could take our twins there and let them play freely, which gave us time to watch how they both interacted with the staff. We actually became so comfortable that we opted then for the babysitting service (when we were there, it was €25 per hour. Not cheap, but as a treat to ourselves, it was worth every euro) , so that my husband and I could spend some time alone (which is often very hard to do). We enjoyed one of the adult only restaurants and bars. I felt comfortable knowing that they were already asleep and comfortable with the babysitter. Who kept us updated when I checked in with her. The spa and gym I myself didn't use, but my husband did. Which kept him to his training days, and he loves a Turkish bath and Hamam, which he thoroughly enjoyed during our 2 week stay and to make it even more pleasant, the Turkish bath, sauna, rest room, and salt room were free of charge. They also offer excursions, which we opted not to do, as we had already done most of them on our previous holidays. All in all, I would give our experience a 12 out of 10. It exceeded our expectations. Review of a family of 4 :). P.s. We will definitely be going back 2025

    Beautiful contemporary hotel
Beautiful new hotel. Excellent food quality and choices. Food available around the clock. The Bon Bon patisserie was a hidden gem serving delicious cakes with a big choice of coffees. The Italian a la carte was absolutely fabulous. Biggest improvement that needs to be made is the extremely poor service in the restaurants.

Shocking terrible hotel. A 2/3 star hotel.
We had booked superior interconnecting rooms (22-29 Oct), but when we checked in, we were told we had been upgraded. However, we were only given superior interconnecting rooms with a small pool on the balcony. We thought this was a good start to the holiday initially, but the remaining holiday went downhill. Absolutely disappointing considering this is supposed to be an ultra all inclusive 5 star hotel. We have stayed at several 5 star hotels across the world and this was definitely not a 5 star hotel, at best it was probably 3 to 4 stars. The hotel guest relations were not helpful in resolving any guest complaints and there were no Easyjet reps available to speak to as according to Easyjet rep on our shuttle bus, it costs Easyjet money to have reps on site, and that we were to email Easyjet if we had issues. We did email Easyjet and were told to speak to Guest Relations at the hotel. So we were back and forth with this all holiday. I have listed the issues below: 1. First impressions on arrival were disappointing as reception was poorly staffed and there was a long queue of people checking in a 12:45am. No welcome drinks were offered, and we were not given a map of the resort nor any information of how we could get a drink or food at this time in the morning having travelled for the last 10 hours. 2. On the 1st & 2nd days of our stay, we experienced multiple power cuts in our bedrooms. This disrupted our sleep as it happened in the early hours. We informed guest relations and they managed to send a technician to fix the problems after a long time. 3. Live chat on the Liberty Signa app did not work as no one ever replied to my query on app, so we had to either call or go to Guest Relations for every issue. Most of the time they were unhelpful and unwilling to help or rectify anything. 4. For the first 3 days of our holiday, our rooms were not cleaned properly. The cleaner would make the bed but not change the sheets, nor were the towels or toiletries replaced, and no mopping or vacuuming was done. We had no shower gel and had to repeatedly call guest relations for some as well as requesting fresh towels. Every day we complained to guest relations that our rooms were not cleaned properly but nothing was done. At one point they sent a cleaner at 7pm without warning just as my wife was getting into the shower. On day 4 our rooms were not visited by the cleaner at all during the whole day. In the morning around 10 am, we had bumped into the cleaner and asked her to clean our rooms. Then again at 11:30am. Then again at 2:30 pm. About 4pm, my wife bumped into the cleaner in the corridor and asked the cleaner to clean our rooms as it still had not been done. The cleaner tapped on her watch and said she had no time and left. We were flabbergasted considering we had left our cleaning room lights on the whole day from early morning and had asked her to clean the rooms repeatedly. After complaining to guest relations for the fifth time that day, we insisted that a manager comes to our rooms to look at the state of them. Guest relations told us to take photos and come to the lobby to see the manager. Guest relations told us the manager could not come to our room as it was hotel policy and asked us to send photos. We asked guest relations to send us a copy of the hotel policy. Then guest relations said the manager will come to the room with security. The manager and guest relations and security came to our room and we showed them the rooms had not been cleaned properly (no mopping or hoovering of floors, bed sheets not changed, toiletries not replaced, dirty coffee cups left on tray etc). We showed them a broken skirting board as well. They said they will arrange for the rooms to be cleaned the following day. This again was not done. 5. Our room balcony had a mini pool which was dirty and had sand deposits at the bottom. The water was freezing cold so we were unable to use it. On the 5th night (about 12.30am), there was a knocking sound coming from our balcony pool disrupting our sleep. We contacted guest relations on whatsapp and received no reply. Then I phoned guest relations and only then they arranged for technicians to come to my room. It was 1.30am when the technicians came and it took them about 30 mins for them to investigate the problem. They finally informed me there was a fault with the balcony pool which was causing the knocking sound. They informed us they could not repair the balcony pool now but can do it the next day and for now they will the turn the balcony pool off. We finally went to bed at 2.30am. The next day they did repair the balcony pool but it was not cleaned. 6. On the 6th day, the bathroom towel rail also broke when I put my hand on it and I hit my head on the wall. I informed guest relations and they said they will repair it. No apology of me hitting my head on the wall and or even asking if I need medical assistance. They also never repaired the towel rail. 7. We could not book into the 4 a la carte restaurants as advertised. They were all fully booked apparently. We also visited some of the a la carte restaurants during dinner time to see if we could get a table but we were turned away even though we could see plenty of empty tables. It appeared to us that the management kept the restaurants with empty tables because the restaurants did not have adequate staffing levels to manage a fully booked restaurant. 8. There was a lack of rooms minibar snacks. We were told the hotel did not have any snacks except for the one granola bar. Every time the minibar person came to our rooms, he was miserable and rude. He only gave us 1 bottle of water every time we asked for something (ie tea bag, water bottle, coke can etc). We repeatedly had to ask for more explaining that we were a family of 4. 9. The seafood a la carte restaurant was appalling. We had a booking for 7.30pm and arrived a few minutes after 7.30pm. Our table was not prepared and we were told to sit and wait. We were eventually shown to our table and then left at our table for 20 mins and ignored. No one brought us a menu or took our drinks order and brought nibbles to our table which was all offered to other tables around us. We could see other tables were being served and even the tables that arrived after us were being served. We eventually had to ask for some menus and complain about the lack of service before they paid us any attention. We were served cold food and incorrect orders. Eventually we left and went to Myra buffet as we had lost any hope of getting a decent meal in that restaurant 10. We also booked the adult restaurant Petra for dinner one night and the service there was just as bad. Wrong drinks and food orders, long waits again. There were only 5 other tables occupied but the staff seemed unable to manage. We eventually left again and went to Myra for food. 11. Poor service seems to be a theme as we were not served any drinks at all in the Turkish restaurant Tatre for lunch and again had wrong orders taken when we went for dinner. 12. At various times we went to get drinks at the beach bar & restaurants. Consistently throughout our holiday we had to wait a long time to get a drink at restaurants & bars. 13. Outdoor main pool with kids pool was very cold and not heated. There was no one in these pools most of the day. The Easyjet website mentioned the pool was heated in October but later we found out the pool did not have the pool heating system installed yet. False advertising! 14. We had multiple issues with the fittings and fixtures in our rooms. Our bedroom shower doors were not fitted properly and were held together by wooden bits and risers. It left a large gap where water could leak from the shower. 15. We found a broken skirting board in our bedroom. It was clearly broken and on the floor. Yet no one managed to fix it until the 4th day of our holiday. We even showed the manager & guest relations the broken skirting board. No one repaired it until I informed guest relations again on the 5th day of our holiday. And then at night they arranged a technician to repair it. I asked guest relations why the manager had not arranged to fix the skirting board as he had seen it the previous day. Guest relations did not answer my questions. 16. The floor around the pools were cracked and pools of water everywhere. People were slipping and falling down every day. Beach and pool areas were not cleaned until end of the day so drinks and wet towels everywhere. 17. Went for a 120 min Turkish spa experience. The staff did not explain what they were doing and the experience only lasted 90 mins. We felt cheated and told the spa receptionist but she gave excuses. Felt disappointed and ignored. 18. There was no teen club or facilities previously advertised for teenagers. 19. We repeatedly asked to speak to the Hotel Manager during our stay, and were lied to by Guest relations who told us that there were no managers in the hotel until Monday evening. Do they really think guests are stupid enough to believe this? On Saturday night we bumped into the night manager on the hotel grounds who was shocked to hear this and explained that there is always a manager on site. Guest relations were the most unhelpful and uncaring people at the hotel. A terrible hotel and most staff are uncaring and unhelpful. They need a lot more staff and much more training. I would expect most of the problems to remain next year as they are constructing another Signa hotel next to Liberty Signa.

Nice holiday overall with some things to improve.
I'm writing as a local living in Izmir who stays in this kind of resorts twice a year in different locations. We took the benefit of the public holiday at the end of October and wanted to make a nice finale to the summer season. Overall, our holiday was great-with the luck of superb sunny weather and the hotel. There are a few points to improve though as I'll describe below. Starting from the + s: -Location: Great. I think the consruction plan is optimum, losing less area for the rooms and leaving a wide freedom for the garden and the beach. We did not get out of the hotel during our stay of 3 nights but getting to th center of Fethiye and Oludeniz you definitely need a transport. -Rooms: Quite large and comfortable. You can feel that the hotel is brand new. -Food and drinks: The content was quite good. With the variety of restaurants in different themes you don't get bored eating the same stuff during your whole holiday. The quality of the alcoholic drinks were also more than satisfactory. -Pool-aquapark-spa: The main pool is with a very good design and clean. Aquapark is more than enough with different slides. Spa area is also good. All of them needs improvement in terms of hygiene though. Things to improve: -Check in: We could feel and we were told that the time that we wanted to check in was super busy. However due to the fact that the staff was reduced, it was very crowded and we had to check in late. Because of this, we were not given enough information about the hotel. -Staff: Again perhaps due to the fact that it was end of the season, you could feel that service did not work well in many parts of the hotel. Queues to get coffee, waiting for your table to be set up in restaurants etc. Not good for a hotel at this level. -A la carte: Although we went straight to the guest relations on the very first day, we were not able to reserve for none of the restaurants during our whole stay of 3 nights. We then observed that the restaurants were not very busy but we were rehected perhaps they reduced the working hours. It was a pity. -Cleanliness in general: Especially in the pool area and the beach, there were always left over drinks that were not collected or poured on the ground. There were always spoils of water around the pool which made it very slipppery and dangerous. No attentive staff to wipe the floor. The heated pool for the adults was nice but not very clean with sands not being wiped on the ground surface. -Parking: Ypu hand your car to the valet service and if you're lucky they park in the closed car park. But my car was parked in the dusty area outside the hotel and it was super dirty when I got it back. There's no car wash service despite the fact that it was written in the website of etstur. Finally, we had a nice stay, would go there again if things improve.

    Beautiful Liberty Signa
Such a beautiful hotel which delivered more than we could have imagined . The staff were all friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make our stay the best it could be. Our family suite was clean and comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The food was outstanding and I have never seen such a huge variety to cater for everybody, cooked freshly in front of you and this was just the Myra restaurant, which we all loved ! The pool area was always clean and the guys on roller skates came around regularly checking if we needed drinks, which they would then bring to us. The evening entertainment was great and we looked forward to seeing that each evening. We were also very privileged to be part of the celebrations on October 29th celebrating Türkiye’s independence. The hotel put on a parade, food, drinks and entertainment, which was amazing. Thank you Liberty Signa for helping us make lasting family memories.
