LAGUNA HOLIDAY RESORT

I am back after an amazing week at Laguna Holiday Resort. I honestly cannot fault this place, everything about it was perfect from the rooms, to the food , atmosphere and staff. My room was luxurious and I could have easily stayed in there and the pool the whole time. The hotel itself was immaculate and all the staff from the front of house , bar and restaurant to the housekeeping s and Manager Jelena, were brilliant and a credit to the hotel. Even though the hotel was coming to the end of the season I was made to feel very special and my stay there was just what I needed. I felt sad I had to leave but did so feeling fully refreshed. There are very few places i would gladly return too , Laguna Resort is now one such place.

Worst holiday ever, please do not stay at this hotel. On night 3 of our holiday we experienced horrendous food poisoning as well as 30+ guest at the hotel. The hotel manager was completely useless in this situation and cared more about the hotels already poor reputation being damaged than the sick guests. She immediately claimed this to be norovirus and that the entire island of corfu had this, bear in mind if you look up norovirus it states this can be caused from contaminated food (food poisoning). Even if this was a supposed virus nothing was done to contain this as guest were not provided with any guidelines and was free to roam the hotel, food service was also continued. After experiencing horrific vomiting and diarrhoea which could also be heard all night though out the hotel, we decided to not eat or drink another thing from this establishment and only ate out. By miracle our “virus” was gone after 12 hours with zero medication and did not return after we stopped eating from the hotel. However guest who continued to eat from this hotel you could heard throwing up every night as you tried to sleep, on our last night we was woken up at 5am from someone screaming for help. This was only one of this issues we experienced at this hotel, please do not go here unless you only eat beige food so you will not experience the food poisoning.

Me and my partner we decided to return back to Kerkira for a week's break, but this time we want it something in a more quiet place and we choose Laguna Resort And we are not regretting doing that. What a View in seasolt Lake... Just amazing we slept And we felt that we were in just the peaceful place we were looking for... Fantastic pool Which we relaxed with our cocktails... We had no issues with the House keeping and the food was decent. We had an issue with the mosquitoes when we arrived but it was easy solved by providing ourselves a mosquito body spray and mosquito tablets for the room and of course problem solved. Thank you everyone in the Hotel for looking after us.

We are really surprised. The last comments made us to write this review. Unbelievable what we faced with the comments we read. Totally different. The people the service the cleanliness in the rooms were different. ok. The food was nearly the same every day. But please take into consideration so many different nationalities. Anyway we recommend this. place. is peaceful safe and vey attractave

We have been there 2 months ago. Our experience was totally different. Quite place very clean rooms and the most important very friendly people. This is something that we really appreciated. From the ladies made our room until the manager. Food ok, not something special but at least near to our expectations. Really we do not understand what happened
