Poor food coupled with a poor dining environment made it an undesirable place to stay - a real shame... The food was not at all good, and was very limited and repetitive. This has been flagged up again and again but no positive action has been taken. Also for example most days there was no ice cream, and when asked why there was none the chefs simply said 'All gone.' If it's all gone then it's time to get some more, no? But this wasn't done, so for the last 4 days of our holiday there was no ice cream for the kids. Disappointing, and very poor customer service - they could very easily have gone out and got more, but chose not to, despite many parents and kids requesting it. Meanwhile they had a very poor selection of ice lollies available for €3 each at the bar - not what you expect at an All Inclusive resort, but kind of frames things. Unacceptable... The drinks and coffee too were of very poor quality. F&B let the whole place down - meals were not something to look forward to. Not Recommended, you can get a lot better elsewhere.

Arrived here on the 26th of October for a 5 night stay and will be leaving here on the 27th October 2024, after one night. This place is not a 5-star resort and does not warrant that rating. The standard rooms are just that standard. No shower gel, shampoo, or even a flannel was available to be used. To upgrade to a superior room in the main building, you are offered this through a £10 a night extra charge. The food lacks flavour and variety at this alleged all-inclusive resort. I was very disappointed with the standard and quality of food, knowing how I enjoy eating Turkish food in the UK. The distance from Antalya airport to the resort is over 2 hours via a private transfer. God help you if you book a shared transfer. This would definitely take a lot longer. There is also nothing in the fridge apart from 2 bottles of water. You also have about 30 channels on the TV that are not English speaking. I can not comment on the pool, quality, beach, activities, selection of alcohol or the activities available. I was not there long enough to experience this. I am sure that there are better 5 star hotels in Antalya, which are of a 5 star standard and nearer to the airport. I have found another 5 star resort to stay at for the remainder of my holiday. Be wise when booking.

The enterteiment was great. Emir and Emre was our hosts and they were great and funny. Thank you. Working personal is very Nice and everything was wonderful. Very near to city and that was great We will came back for shore. See you next year bro

Our stay here was adventurous. At the hotel we were able to relax and get the rest we wanted. Night shows were good, I especially enjoyed the Columbian night with Latin music. The spa was really good, we would say we got better hamam and scrubbing than in some spa in the city (and yes, we tried other spa as well). Food was good and they had big choice of different things. Coctails weren't really my type but they were so kind to meet my needs and mix drinks like I liked. They also offered us to go to the clubs in the city, which was really fun. And in the end Emre is the best!
