The hotel looks really beautiful and posh, food is lovely! but thats it! Only 1 small swimming pool with warm water, the big swimming pools water was freezing impossible to swim Its very boring, music on date time quiet and classic you feel sleepy in the evening quiet some music was played from 9pm till 11 but very boring if you planning come as couple you will regret nothing to do there at least you re retired and you want nice quiet hotel to relax and sleep I was very disappointed for this price!! I ve been in another 2 resorts 5stars and cheaper than this and it was 100% better! From 11pm it was completely dead. We came as 2 coupes i made my request early that we need 2 double beds and we got 4 single beds...Rooms are nice but small . We had very bad experience with no suitcases for 2 days because of airlines, we were stuck in hotel for 2 days without anything unfortunately no one was really bother from staff about it staff on reception is nice but useful ( only 1 girl was trying help really). When i came back i try contact office manager Saygılarımla for help about confirmation about our suitcases but she refused to help, very poor customer service! I experienced very low customer service unfortunately This hotel isn't 5 stars if is about service maybe because we were from UK... I would never back here again!

Myself and my teenage children stayed at The Kirman Sidemarin for a week in October 2024. The entire experience was first class. The manager Serif was in l contact with us daily along with the guest relations team and helped us with every query or request. The service at the bars, restaurants and in every area of the hotel was exemplary and we wanted for nothing. The food was very good in all of the restaurants especially the a la cartes and the food at The Steak House was exceptional. There was adequate sun loungers both at the pool and on the beach and pier and the animation team offered activities to take part on throughout the day should you wish too. The bar staff were polite and really looked after us, the cocktails were great, especially at the mixology bar. The children spent lots of time in the games room using the free facilities, the really enjoyed playing pool, basketball and bowling and staff were always helpful. The hotel offers something for everyone. The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Old Town which was a short drive away and we also went on a rafting/buggy excursion which was really great value for money. There are shops and restaurants a short walk from the hotel if you want to leave the resort. Overall a 5* experience and we will be returning next year with more of the family. I liked Funclub,We are happy and my friends, room is good, Serves is perfect,gameroom Free,and unlimited tennis and billardo and boxing the personal room boiling is very good and cute women her name isEbru kinde we loved to Kidman hotel,We are recommend Korean Marin,We Will come back in 2025

I really wanted to like this hotel, but at the end of the day too many negatives added up... I booked a sea view room, double bed...on arrival I found that the 'double bed' was actually two singles pushed together with some sort of bolster pushed down the gap. I'm physically disabled and having an actual double bed is probably the most important thing I look for when booking a hotel, if I'd known in advance I wouldn't have booked the hotel. Both beds were lumpy, too soft and so were the pillows. Two single duvets instead of one full sized one, with the beds drifting apart during the night made for 6 nights of very little sleep...the air conditioning is centrally controlled and wasn't cool enough for the still very warm nights. Housekeeping is very slow, I left the room at 10am one day when they were only a couple of rooms away, when I got back at 4pm my room still hadn't been done. I also found you had to put the door hanger saying 'please clean the room' on for it actually to be done. The welcome screen on the television made it look as if it was smart television, giving access to youtube and netflix...but apart from the live tv, none of the other options worked. Most of the channels were German/Russian, with only Comedy Central having programmes in English. Bathroom was probably the best part of the room. Good sized shower cubicle, hot water always available. Staff - apart from the cleaning staff, most were disinterested once they found out I wasn't German/Russian. A couple still insisted on speaking to me in German, even after being told more than once that I didn't speak the language, as well as insisting that I was British - even though I'm not. Food was good, if repetitive, I wouldn't have wanted to be staying for more than a week. Getting a sunbed was virtually impossible after about 9am, even though there are signs everywhere saying not to reserve them. All of the very loud animation, both during the day and evening is in German. Getting to the central part of Side is difficult if you are disabled. I requested a taxi from the reception staff, was told it would be 10 -15 minutes. After waiting outside for 40 minutes I gave up and went back in. No explanation, no apology. Taxi drivers ignore the meters and charge double. As a disabled woman travelling on my own I didn't feel confident enough to argue, so a trip that should have cost at most 6 pounds one way cost 15... I've been to Side before and wouldn't stay here again. There are better places much cheaper and much closer to the centre.
