Can’t fault hotel. Lovely modern spacious bedroom overlooking the sea. Food is good quality. We went half board. We’re youthful mid sixties. Beach opposite is ok though sunloungers twice the price of most other places. Pool area top class with some entertainment. The saxophonist was a cool touchFound a great beach a bus ride away. Location is good- about a twenty minute walk from hersonisis centre. Good value compared with other 5* hotels. Free spa experience Not for young children I suggest but plenty of things to occupy them off the main road You’d be pushed to find this value of a 5* hotel in Crete. I recommend without hesitation.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The staff are a real credit to this hotel, can’t do enough for you and always have a smile on their face. Our room was so spacious we had a family room which had upstairs and downstairs plenty of room for our cases and hanging space for all our clothes. We travelled with our 3 year old and was abit sceptical that this hotel wouldn’t be ideal for a toddler. However my daughter loved it and the staff really made a thing of her, always chatting to her. The hotel its self is stunning. We were half board food was beautiful plenty of options. However we did eat out most nights. Old town of Hersonissos and the village of Koutouloufari were our favourite and only a few minutes away by taxi from the hotel. I would also recommend visiting Agios Nikolaos which is about 45 minutes away and a coach runs from the hotel. Just a beautiful place. All in all this hotel was amazing and we wil certainly return in the future and recommend you our friends and family. Thank you King Minos x

From arriving we were impressed by the grant entrance to the hotel. When booking with our travel agent, we up graded to a room with a sea view and hot tube although the room was very nice, a pool facing room would have been just as lovely. Maria in charge of guest relations is very professional, she really made our holiday. Very warm and personable and goes out of her way to ensure you make the most of your holiday depending on your wants and needs. We hired a car from the hotel this was smooth and trouble-free. We took Maria‘s advice and explored this side of the island… every day brought something different but still relaxing and interesting. The food was good everything you could possibly need. However more coffee machines are needed at busy times.. The pool area is just lovely having the option of being near the pool or on the grass under a beautiful tree close to nature . All the staff are friendly and hospitable and go out of their way to ensure you’re having a lovely time. Considering this was the end of the season and all the stuff I’ve been working incredibly hard it was still lovely experience… Although you can walk to some lovely bars along the seafront, we definitely recommend hiring a car and getting out and about there are some really lovely unspoiled beaches just a short distance away. The Old town is just above the hotel a short distance with traditional Tavernas lovely atmosphere away from the usual tourist scenarios we all have grown to know., There are so many places I can recommend for you to go however all you need to do is go and see Maria and you will find your own way see special places and experiences. If there is one thing needs some attention, the waiting staff uniform please give the staff a better uniform, it looked like they were wearing hospital scrubs not reflecting the great service and smiles that you see Also thank you to the hard working housekeeping that tided and cleaned our room everyday. . .

After submitting a review yesterday, Maria from guest relations contacted us in order to try & resolve some of our issues. She arranged for us to be moved to another room with a hot tub,which we can use,whereas the pool we had ,we could not as it was freezing . She also booked the a la carte restaurant for our anniversary tomorrow, with a few amendments, free of charge, which is greatly appreciated. Also free snacks & able to keep our room on day of departure as we don't leave till late evening. We did not submit review looking for those things, but are very appreciative she reached out to us. As I previously said, the hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean in all areas. I shall add a further review when our holiday is over....

Very nice hotel. Beds super comfortable and the rooms are kept very clean. The food is excellent with a great selection of buffet offerings. Pool area is tranquil and very attractive. Drinks prices are ok. The location is good and close to big Spar shop.
