    Disappointing overall
This resort was once perhaps 5 star but is no longer due to lack of maintenance, poor food and facilities. Plus points: Attractive well maintained garden setting Clean and spacious pool areas with plenty of sunbeds Grassed and beach areas based around a nice bay Spacious basically furnished room - adequate a/c Very pleasant staff, with particular mention to the bar staff The only exception to the overall disappointing food was the breakfast omelette - full marks to the 1 girl serving an endless queue every morning. Minus points: We paid extra for a sea view room. We were shown 4 rooms, non of which were sea view - sea facing maybe but almost impossible to see any sea through the foliage. Misleading information, not worth the extra cost. Housekeeping worked well to try to make the rooms clean but due to lack of maintenance and tired decor this was almost impossible, particularly in the bathroom - dirty worn grouting, bad repairs, leaking shower, old towels. Mini bar not refilled with soft drinks as advertised We were told we were entitled to 1 ‘free’ al la carte dining night - only to then be told they were already fully booked for our entire stay - another empty gesture. The food in the ‘main buffet restaurant’ was very disappointing. The food, although mostly well displayed, was very repetitive (possibly even recycled from previous day) very bland, little choice of meat or fish offered to add to several trays of ‘sauté’ vegetables, frozen chips and rice. All were lukewarm at best. Salad bar had a good selection and several cheeses were offered. No milk or butter available. We tried the snack bar one lunchtime - tasteless soggy pizza! Only beer and soft drinks available. The coffee shop, when open, only served Turkish tea and Turkish coffee - none of the other advertised coffees. Self service machine delivered acceptable coffee in undersized cups (coffee overflowed every time). Evening entertainment virtually non existent except for loud, sometimes exceptionally loud, music from about 10pm til 12pm. There are lots of cats and dogs resident but they were not a problem and we didn’t see any mess from them. This resort has lots of potential but lack of maintenance and poor food lets it down - management need to be more proactive.

    Avoid !!!!!!!!!
I visited this hotel 1st - 8th October this year with my 3 children aged 8, 6 and 5 The first day we arrived was 1am and was told by the man that took us to our room on a golf buggy that we could get food in the main restaurant until 4am. We ventured out to where he had pointed but what he didn’t tell us was how to get to it - it was on the first floor and this wasn’t obvious or that there was stairs at the side of the main building As we approached the building there were around 12 stray dogs gathered around the bar area and a table full of Turkish men which were possibly staff that had finished their shift or visitors - but all made eye contact with us and just looked back down or each other and carried on drinking. Nobody offered help and it was clear we were lost. We felt quite vulnerable and intimidated so we just went back to the room. The wardrobe in the boys bedroom was off its rails so we couldn’t use the doors. The air con didn’t work - just warm air being blown around and our terrace looked at a wall of the main building. No view at all. Breakfast that day, we managed to find the restaurant in day light after asking someone else staying there. It was like a cattle market and the staff couldn’t cope with how busy it was. There was no cutlery or glasses for drinks on the table. There were ants around the metal vats of food and they were serving chicken nuggets, chips and soup amongst other things. There was no milk for cereal - just dry cereal. There were flies also on the food. There were cats everywhere including inside the restaurant and cat faeces in the corners. We went down to the pool after and thankfully met another English family who helped us to navigate things and told Us where things were as I was feeling very overwhelmed. Staff were unfriendly or rude unless you were Turkish. There was no entertainment other than a half hour water aerobics by an oiled up instructor which repeated the exact same the full 7 days we were there. The only evening entertainment all week was one band and a mini disco that lasted 20-30 mins for kids at 9pm. After that there was nothing whatsoever The pool was tired. The grate was broken in various places and a death trap! We informed the life guard who seemed interested and put out by the fact this had been raised to him. He fiddled with it for a couple of minutes but then someone else tripped on it and it was back to being broken again 4th day there we went on a boat trip and glad to get away for the day and also have some semi decent food. The hotel food is abysmal This is far from 4* maybe a 2* at best !! The hotel and restaurant are dirty. A Russian male split his head open by the pool. His blood was washed up by pouring water on it from the pool and scrubbing the pool Side with a pool noodle - the noodle was later being used by a child to swim with !!! People staying at the hotel had their dog in the pool and on a lilo There was dog faeces all around the grounds and during the heat of the day you could smell the faeces and urine !! There was cat faeces all Over the children park area also. The dogs sleep on the sun loungers at night and drink from the pool The only good part of this hotel was the lady that ran the mini club. However we were charged €10 per Child to paint a t shirt and €10 for 4 glitter tattoos Do not buy from the shop attached to the hotel he tried charging me €25 for a bag of Nutella biscuits and kinder Chocolate for the kids. He also changed €5 for Doritos and Pringles….. I spent a fortune in there due to the bad food !! First day there he charged me €110 for 3 floats for The pool, sunglasses and a snorkel I will never return and there’s a whole host of complaints coming from various other guests we spoke to while there…. I will be pursuing jet2 for a refund for hotel and food On our departure day we left our luggage in the luggage room and my son’s bag with his wallet, Nintendo switch, Nike trainers and Hugo boss wallet went missing. His Teddy which he’s had since birth was also in there and he’s now 8, this bunny we can never get back and he’s been devastated - no help from the hotel and no response to emails I was also told two rooms were robbed while there.

Beautiful place, terrible restaurant and drink options.
Good things first... room in block 3, 2nd floor, tidy, water machine outside room, beautiful grounds, lovely bell boy called mustafa took us and our cases in a golf cart to the accommodation and carried both up 2 flights of stairs for us when we arrived. He was lovely. The pools were lovely, the beach lovely, and the snack bar was the better option for food. We only paid £540 each for AI for the week leaving from birmingham on 2nd October. The bad stuff... the restaurant was disgusting. Always dirty, coffee machines always breaking, on the 1st day I was told there was no milk or butter...and there wasn't for the whole week. So no cereals and nothing to put on toast, apart from Nutella. Only fruit was orange, grapefruitt and melon. Sometimes plums. No bananas ever! Had to buy butter and milk at the supermarket in the village so we could have milk in coffee and toast for breakfast. Dinner...omg! Awful. Never any meat 45 minutes mins after dinner started, things that run out aren't replaced. Most evenings I was only able to get cheese, salad and bread. Couldn't book a la carte as told every day it was full. Coffee shop was a non starter. Coffee barista machine always broken, flies in the smoothie machine, only Turkish coffee available. Filthy too, it would be shut down in the UK by enviro health. The cocktails.... omg... don't bother... all hideous and not made with spirits that are advertised. Tuborg on tap, always flat. Pretty shocking for food and drink and the restaurant manager didn't care, wasnt helpful and always had stains on his shirt. Not setting a professional standard for the staff.. who were all lovely and just tried to be as helpful as they could. Local bus into town was a god send and the hubby and I ate out in turgetrieus which is a beautiful little town. Loads to eat, drink, lovely shops and on the beach front. The area around the hotel is beautiful, buses cheap and taxi into turgetrieus is only 14 euros. Well worth it. So, because we only paid 540 each, we were happy with the week and the weather was glorious. Maybe the standards etc have dropped as its end of season, but then it should close earlier instead of providing a very sub standard experience for food and drink.

Don’t bother - disgusting! Bad hotel, flooded floors, very bad smell
Vile hotel, no way near 5 star It’s more 2 star hostel vibes. Pictures are absolute catfishes. If you want to come bodrum pay more and don’t come there. Stayed for one night and checked out and paid £2000 to go elsewhere. VERY BAD hotel! Don’t come honestly, dogs and cat eating from the food containers

Main restaurant badly let the hotel down
There is a lot to like about ths resort but it is being badly let down by its main restaurant. We went all inclusive. Our room was very modern, a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was however on the second floor which wasn't great for my wife who has a bad back (we told the hotel this before travel). Water stations on each level which was great as it was 30 degrees plus whilst we were there. Air con seemed to be centrally controlled as was always quite warm no matter what setting it was put on. Main pool area and beach were great, really good pool bar and we enjoyed the ice creams on offer as well. Bar staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Great coffee bar where we enjoyed numerous turkish teas served by two very enthusiastic young staff members who do a fabulous job. Also we really enjoyed eating at the snack bar which offered a range of nice lunch food - burgers, pizzas, pasta etc. We had one a la carte included which was the turkish restaurant at the same location as the snack bar - this was a very nice evening and the food was great. The main problem we found here was the main restaurant. At breakfast the coffee machines were constantly breaking down meaning sometimes it was impossible to get a decent hot drink. But otherwise breakfast was fine - not a huge range of hot options but plenty of bread, pastries and pancakes which suited us well, and lovely freshly made turkish bread. Dinner unfortunately was a complete disaster. You seemed to either have the choice of coming early and not being able to find a table or coming slightly later and being greeted with a scene that looked like a hurricane had just been through the place - dirty tables full of mess and uncleared plates, mess all over the floor and staff who were either running around with too much to do or doing absolutely nothing at all. We rarely found a table that wasn't properly turned over and often had to eat in somebody else's mess. We regularly had to go and get out own cutlery from the servers' table and whether or not we got offered a drink or not was completely random. To cap it off one night some of the staff were watching football on a small tablet or phone type device instead of clearing tabes when there were numerous that needed doing. Not a manager in sight. Finally, the food was not good. Very little meat options that often ran out barely an hour into service and lots of clearly cheaply produced 'hot' dishes that were lukewarm at best. I love turkish food and was looking forward to some great food options, but this was just cheaply prepared dross for the most part and not reflective of good turkish (or indeed any) cuisine at all. We did complain to the manager (we weren't the only ones) and were offered a free a la carte (that we were unable to take advantage of as it was closed) and a free late checkout (which was very helpful as we didn't fly out until midnight). Another issue was my wife is diabetic so cannot drink sugary drinks. We kept asking for coke in our mini bar to be replaced with a diet option (even taking the exact can to them to show what we meant) but after doing it once they just kept bringing us more sugary coke every time afterwards - in the end we just gave up asking. Most of our holiday was nice but these issues left us feeling overall disappointed when it could have been so good with just a few tweaks. My suggestion - better training and supervision for the restuarant staff and improve the food options if you want to be considered a true 5 star.
