JAZ SHARKS BAY (EX.SOLYMAR SHARKS BAY)

spent a week here, not knowing what to expect, hotel lovely and clean, I couple of minor tweaks to make it perfect, ( pool music very loud, a list of daily activities). A good selection of food, you won't go hungry, I have cealic disease, spoke to the lovely manager about my needs, the chef and staff couldn't do enough for me,they went above and beyond, walked round with me telling me what I could and couldn't have every meal time, and bringing me special desserts to my table, ( yes I gained half a stone) never falling ill once. The service was outstanding, All staff very friendly and accommodatingand hard working, a lovely relaxing holiday, only down side is having to get a taxi ( short drive) to other areas,

Very nice hotel friendly staff good entertainment and Anastasia is an absolute diamond. Very relaxed hotel if you like that. They wait on you hand and foot without asking and like to make the stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Very clean

Hotel not a 4* maybe 3* Staff, amazing Food, lots to choose from Hygiene, perfectly clean and tidy Rooms, clean tidy and fully stocked need more plug sockets only one in room sleeps 2 Tea and coffee in rooms. Entertainment work very hard and very friendly. family room, not great! too much furniture and out of the way no view and lots of mess and very noisy with generators so had to be moved, with no fuss from manger. Beauty salon needs updating with more modern furniture to feel relaxed But Beauty treatment was good. Good prices, staff friendly Male dominated staff Little tweaks could make it amazing all round Freshly squeeze juice (not from cartoon) Fresh coffee not machine made Cocktails need to be better (mojtio made wrong vile ) Need more training on making Cocktail 🍸 Outside seating could be prepared for dining We paid £500 each for 1 week I wouldn't pay more for this hotel Good hotel keep a eye on price..

Cool hotel, polite staff, normal territory, liked the annotators, not intrusive, Many people from Europe, most of them adequate and friendly)) there were no problems even when they sang Katyusha on May 9, they came up to congratulate! For those who are not capricious, the best. I recommend

Reception looks great.bed was comfortable, restaurant &bar staff very friendly. Food not much choice,just pastries for desserts/fruit. Only time this improved was when management came one lunch time, cloth napkins & more variety,which was back to normal in the evening paper napkins &food. This give them a false impression of what they offer visitors!! Pool area wash with pool water,sunbed very dirty as were chair cushions. Only two guys on entertainment (they tired their best but not good) same loud music every day,pool party at night & fruit party,what the hell is that, not entertainment, evening in bar just as bad. This hotel needs to up it's game for food & cleanliness.
