    Family holiday
    After reading some negative reviews I was slightly apprehensive about bringing my family to stay to the Jazz Mirabel, but I needn’t of worried, the staff are what make this hotel if I’m honest, they are truly an asset to the hotel. The grounds are impeccable and everything is super clean, great selection of food, rooms cleaned daily and to a high standard, my only gripe about my room was apart from being a little dated we did have an issue with the hot water, it took quite a few days to resolve, we had 5 rooms in total (11 of us) 2 of us had hot water issues, apart from this no room complaints. The animation team were great and really did try and get everyone involved, massive shout out to Elina, we went on a trip to the Hard Rock Cafe and we had such an amazing evening of drinks and karaoke, also joining in with water polo, Aqua-aerobics etc. There are a few shops outside the hotel to walk out to including a couple of chemists, you will need these to purchase OFF to keep mozzies at bay, also get some bite cream, both of these are inexpensive. Other shout outs go to Mohammed at the buffet restaurant for continually making sure we had everything we needed and always made sure our table was big enough for us all, Mohammed at the pool bar for continually making sure our drinks were topped up and Mohammed the lid guard who always helped get enough beds together for us all, you are all stars 🌟 little tips to these guys go a long way and they really do deserve them.

    NOT FOR ME!
    We travelled as a party of 2 adults, mother and daughter. TUI rate Jaz Mirabel PARK as a 4 * plus. I rate this hotel as a below average 3* based on a 12 night stay from October 25th- November 6th 2024. This hotel is part of a larger resort which includes Club and Beach (3 hotels in one). We arrived at the hotel late evening, and were taken to the reception lobby of Club, unaware that Mirabel Park lobby was under building construction. Check-in was fast as there were only 3 parties in the group. We were all given a green wristband and were immediately instructed to follow a porter who marched us towards the main restaurant in Mirabel BEACH which is kept open for late arrivals (a 5 minute walk away). However, the porter didn't walk us to the door but led us up some steps, past the wellbeing centre and pointed towards the restaurant building, leaving us to navigate more steps and follow a winding path around a pond. The restaurant was decorated tastefully but the food was luke warm. After eating, we had to find our own way back to Club reception and realised that parts of Mirabel Park were cordoned off with huge partition walls. We ended up in Mirabel Beach lobby, then had to walk through the grounds, past the staff carpark and onto the main road to get back into Club Lobby. We were then led to our room 5255 in Mirabel Park which is situated on the first floor. There are no lifts, however, the porter carried the heavy suitcases. The room is spacious, clean and is adequate but it lacks any luxury. It is massively outdated, with hard uncomfortable mattresses (later found to be heavily stained) and hard pillows, worn furniture and furnishings, cracked tiles, old wiring and not enough plug holes. We had a large balcony (always in the shade) and a mediocre pool view. "La Fattoria" main restaurant for Mirabel PARK and CLUB guests is scruffy and was built on the cheap. The contrast from Mirabel Beach restaurant was blatantly obvious giving it a much lower star rating. It's basically a converted warehouse with a high ceiling and exposed pipework. There's not enough dining chairs and tables to accommodate demand. People are constantly on the hunt for seating, having to wait for tables to be cleared and there is only waiter service available for drinks and not enough staff. Often you have eaten your luke warm meal before you get a drink or you don't get a drink at all. The lobby, pool and beach bars have the worst queues I've ever experienced. It is beyond ridiculous with only one member of staff bartending the pool bars and two staff bartending at the beach and lobby bars at any one time. On several occasions I had to queue for drinks for over 20 minutes and that's not an exaggeration! There's other staff that are around the bars but they load the dishwasher or put napkins on tables. There's a limited menu for snacks from 1pm-4.30pm. Again, there is not enough seating at any of the many pool or beach bars for lunch. Hygiene is questionable. I witnessed the chef to leave some pizzas unattended and saw birds land on the food. He simply shooed them away and continued to prepare and serve the meal. TUI describe the beach as a 5 minute walk away. Not true. I'm a fast walker and it took me a minimum of 10 minutes. Google maps show 16 minutes. No one mentioned the building work prior to us booking and we had no idea it would take so long to walk around the building site. We also found out that the renovations taking place are on Mirabel Park lobby, snack bar and restaurant, meaning we were missing out on these facilities during our stay and having the added inconvenience of having to look at an eyesore. We discovered that Mirabel Beach guests have red wristbands and this appears to give the wearer a privileged advantage over green wristband wearers. We were made to feel unwelcome when using all facilities at Mirabel BEACH. Certainly, we felt like outsiders at the Lobby bar (during resort pool party evenings) and Waves snack bar (used by us when Sands snack bar was overcrowded). Most staff were not friendly and we were served with a feeling of annoyed reluctance. Yet TUI describe CLUB and PARK guests as welcome to use the pool and beach facilities. We occasionally used the Mirabel BEACH main restaurant for lunch on our visits to the beach. They have a much nicer variety to choose from and the walk is 5 minutes away as opposed to 12 minutes for "La Fattoria ". One day we were confronted by the concierge because of our green wristbands and told we were not allowed entry as it wasn't for our use. This was conveyed to us in front of an audience of guests and was deeply embarrassing. I pointed out to the hotel staff that we should be entitled to use the restaurant due to the inconvenience of the building site and that it was unreasonable to expect guests to walk 15 minutes to go for lunch and a further 15 minutes to walk back to the beach. We were reluctantly permitted to lunch there but it was ruined so we left. On a positive: Housekeeping was fantastic! Thanks so much Adam. Gardeners work so hard and the grounds are beautiful! Beach and pier are gorgeous! On a negative: Food cold everywhere. Not a true concept of all inclusive resort as there are restricted areas to eat and drink. MUST DO: Head to Nabq Arabbucks for the most amazing food and service. It's so cheap and the quality is fantastic!! Great atmosphere and friendly staff!

    Amazing family holiday
    Had a brilliant stay here at the Jaz Mirable Park it was a great experience for us as a family o 7. The reason for 4 not 5 rating is that the rooms are dated and need a good refurbish ( but were always clean ) another reason was that part of the hotel was sectioned off which was out of use and I think we missed out on a bar and possibly a restaurant or two🤷‍♀️ The staff were amazing a massive shout out to Mohammed and Osama at the restaurant, could not do enough for us and were very polite and helpful. Thanks all, we had a blast👌⭐️

    Great stay and friendly staff
    At first I was skeptic to stay in a place like this. Well I was wrong, because they have every necessity. From when I first set foot there the staff was always available and friendly. Everything is well maintained from the rooms to the pools, to the dining areas.
