IC HOTELS GREEN PALACE & VILLAS

Brilliant hotel. Very clean and staff are very friendly across all areas of the hotel. The selection of food is great in the buffet restaurant. Never short of anywhere to get food. There are beer & water fridges located around the resort that you are able to help yourself too. My children have loved the ice cream freezers that you can get magnums, cornetto’s, calippo’s and sandwich ice creams from. Again this is a help yourself. Pool towels are always full to go and get from the huts. Water park fantastic, the kids have loved it. The beach is beautiful and so is the sea. As a family we go down for a swim in the mornings as the sun flooded the beach. Mehmet on his roller skates is brilliant as the pool service waiter. Spa treatments are fantastic and highly recommended. We’ve had treatments every day of our holiday. The scrub treatment was brilliant. We had to have the doctor look over our eldest son and he received treatment and IV medications within 5 minutes. Yes we have had to pay for this but we will claim it back from the insurance but honestly that service was fast and thorough. Over all we have had a fabulous week here and would definitely return.

IC Residence is nothing but amazing. Mostly due to its fantastic staff. Each and every member of staff made myself and my family feel welcomed and special- nothing was ever to much trouble . My son Teddy and daughter Orla were made to feel like kings and queens every day. Everyone always welcomed them at every opportunity. The staff in the main restaurant made our holiday with their personal touches and recognised us from the year before- I can't thank you enough for all you did throughout our stay. If you're looking for a luxury holiday with the personal touch this hotel more than ticks those boxes. The grounds are stunning and well maintaned. The pool area is stunning with plenty of beds it's often more than 50% vacant so easily able to access beds. The food is another big perk - you are able to eat from both a buffet style choice or from an al a carte menu - I often ate from the buffet as the options were always amazing . We look forward to coming back next year and we have only just landed home . May all the staff at IC Residence be shown this to ensure they know how greatly appreciated we are as a family for making our holiday and making such an effort with Teddy and Orla

For the fifth time we had a wonderful stay at IC Residence. We traveled with eight friends and stayed in the Lake Villas. the villas are luxuriously equipped with direct access to a super pool. The entire environment of IC Green Residence looks very well maintained and the beach bar is very pleasant. The food, staff and drinks were brilliant and again we enjoyed our stay very much. We would especially like to thank the guest relations for their great help and the very nice lady behind the buffet, what great service! Hopefully see you again next year.

The hotel area is divaded two part, Green palace and Recidense. We were in Recidense area. There whole area is beautiful and well maintained. What we didnt like Recidense area was food. - pool service worked only some times. Compared to main hotel area at Green palace were it was working well all the time. - Ala carte menu food was not a same level with the Hotel. - Buffee was very good but amount of choises was quite small. - Worst hamburgers what we were ever eated was from via room service. What we liked - Friendly staff -Beautiful hotell specially beach area -Beach area service was very good. -Vip transport from hotel to airport and back Some odd things.. Do not order car from hotel to example shopping center via hotel reception. Price was 10€ higer than when ordered by your self. Hotel doctor is not available evening . Car noise leve was quite heavy . Time to change windows ? Overall we liked this hotel but this level your food needs to be good and proper flavored.

We went on vacation to this wonderful hotel with children (our children are of different ages), we are young parents, so we rated two territories that you can use at the highest level, these are Green Palace Hotel near by - it’s a lot of fun, there are many pools, water parks for children and adults separately (in the adult water park there are strict rules if your child is 10 years old and has reached 125 cm, then you will be allowed if not then you should go to the children's water park. There is a kids club for children of different ages, different entertainment for all guests, you can also use all the food outlets on this territory and even the main restaurant (open buffet). If we talk about the territory of the IC Residence, then this is a very calm area, this hotel is really for lovers of silence and green landscape, the restaurant on this territory is ala carte, dishes are prepared according to the menu, but there is also an open buffet. The dishes are very tasty, there are no queues.👌 A very big minus: SMOKİNG ALLOWED İNSİDE.!!! Please make rules about smoking outside the Restaurant, it’s terrible, where are the authorities looking?! We stayed in Lake Villa, a comfortable stay, but it would be better if they changed the design to a more modern one. You have a large swimming pool in front of you. Free internet, minibar, most options in the room service menu are also included. One of the disadvantages of the Villa is that sometimes guests from the neighboring Green Palace hotel come to the pool,😕 since there is no sign or area limit, please make signs, signs stating that this pool is only for IC Residence guests. All the staff are very friendly, everyone in the Restaurant smiles and does their job with pleasure. If you have any questions or wishes, you can always contact the girls in the guest relations department, Marina and Ekaterina are very kind and responsive. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family, we will definitely return.💙
