Star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a hotel !! It was truly amazing from start to finish . The place is spotless and its so great for the kids with water parks . Staff are amazing, food is fantastic. The mixology bar was our favourite… cocktails were a work of art . the beach and the beach bar were great with cocktails and snack food . We are just about to leave its been so amazing . Weather was 24 and only 1 rain day … we will be back

Fantastic Holiday. A MUST GO

An absolutely amazing hotel. Friendly staff, gorgeous hotel,very very clean. Family friendly. So much to do for the children. 4 or 5 different restaurants. A special shout out to Abdulrahman at reception, he was so lovely, great customer service and very helpful. Also Murat who was in the Italian restaurant,very friendly, kind just a lovely guy. I would definitely visit this hotel again

Ic Hotel, highly recommended 👌

I would ighly recommend this hotel as it is large, elegant clean, beautiful and family friendly. The food selection is very good and the staff are so friendly. There is many places you can relax and get drinks and snacks. Guest relations department is excellant, they really go out of their way to help you. The grounds are amazing which leads down the beach. We used the spa which I highly recommend as well.

Family beach holiday

Very friendly, lovely beach, amazing food and snacks. Beach is amazing, feels safe. Even though we went in November, I was suprised by the amount of food and the choice available. Not many hotels offers such a choice in winter. Clean hotel, nice splash park. But I didn't find the kids club being the best. Our daughter went once and said it was boring. We stayed there second time and could see why she wasn't interested. Staff not really engaged with children. Other thing to mention is freezing pool water, which was disappointing. We tried every outdoor and inside pool and it was impossible to swim in it. Missed a bit some evening shows but they did live music, karaoke etc which was great. Staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful.

Keep up the family love

Beautiful hotel wonderful and humble staff especially the entertainment t team hats off to cimen so caring food tasty will come again love it here and the waiters are doing a very good job especially from the waiter Fatma house keeping is always there for you the whole environment is just up to mark
