Fantastic holiday. Love this hotel.

Amazing hotel, food and drinks are excellent. The staff are so friendly, and helpful. The pools , rooms and gardens are well maintained and clean. This is our second visit and we will be returning! The service whilst you relax is amazing. Highly recommend.

Unforgettable experience

Loved this holiday, hotel staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every whim. Rooms were excellent, location was the best in the area. Beach was the best in the bay. Hotel has a fantastic reef for snorkelling. Weather was just right between 27 and 29 degrees F. Food and drinks were all very good.

Hotel so amazing we have booked again as soon as we landed for February!

This was my first visit to the hotel with my Husband and it was amazing! Everything was perfect and the holiday was made by the staff who cannot do enough for you! Special mentions to the entire entertainment team, Youseff and Mohamed the cleaner ( room 2305). All the waiters ranging from the beach bars, main bars, and restaurants could not do enough for us. The hotel was spotless at all times. The food was excellent with good variety, and the drinks were the best all-inclusive drinks we have ever had. We enjoyed ourselves that much we have already booked to return in February 2025. Thanks to all the staff for making this a brilliant holiday.

here we go again and we ll be back next year!

It's our third stay here, and I think we've settled into our annual rhythm at this super hotel! Service again and again at its best :) friendliness, availability, friendliness of all the staff ! Thanks to my friend Farouk at reception for his availability, efficiency, friendliness and service! We had good massage at the Spa and good advice from Islam. The bar near reception always offers us our great cocktails thanks to Ahmed :) Mohamed Ali is always available with a smile at the pool bar and at the Italian restaurant! At the beach, Ayman is always there to bring us mattresses with great pleasure, as are his 2 colleagues; not to mention my friend Aziz and his boat for snorkelling, such a nice guy. The staff at the Beach Bar are always super efficient and serve you directly on the beach. Really good quality cocktails. Sayed manages all this superbly, as do the restaurants on the beach -> Ali Baba just next door (good local dishes as starters, a super Mixed Grilled as a main course... I didn't have dessert because I'd already eaten so well :-) ), as well as the Beach Bar directly next door (Tuna Salad, Fish and Chips, succulent pizzas... in fact I went through the whole menu and everything was top :) As for the evening, Sayed helped us rediscover the Italian Restaurant: what wonderful evenings we had! The carpaccio, the linguine carbonara, the tagliata... it was all succulent and the service was so pleasant! Thanks again to him and his staff (Ahmed, Tarek, Ahmed Ibrahim). We'll be back next year for sure, it's now my new home :-)

Magic Holiday

What a wonderful holiday the staff are second to none my wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay my wife pulled her back on the second day and had to stay in bed for two days but that did not spoil our holiday Meals brought to our room was no trouble all the staff were very kind. A special thank you to Joseph reception manager he was very helpful , the setting of the hotel is wonderful every thing on your door step entertainment excellent what not to like about this hotel nothing
