IBEROTEL CASA DEL MAR RESORT

I have been to Hurghada several times, but The Iberotel Casa Del Mar is definitely the best one we have stayed at. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave all everyone seems to care about is you, and they make you feel very special. The grounds, the rooms and the interiors are spotless. Food here was of a very good standard, especially at the Italian, which we loved. There are 2 pools, one quiet and one more lively. I do feel that the quiet pool does need heating, as it was rather cold, but the other pool is heated. I would like to thank Essam personally for always smiling, servicing our room to the highest of standards and decorating it, especially on my birthday. All a big, big thank you to Mohammed the Assistant Reception Manager, Mostafa the Bar Manager, Abd Einasser, Abd El Rahman, Said Hamsa for making our stay really special. We will miss them all. The beach, a short walk away is lovely, with plenty of entertainment, and beautiful clear waters. There is all a lovely drink and snack area there too. You all made our time, and my birthday very special, so we hope to return soon. Thank you again.

our second visit this year and we're still impressed, all staff do polite and friendly from.the gardening team cleaners waiters pool bar guest relations team bar staff right up to management team / reception.. . food great choice rooms immaculate you can't improve perfection 👌 carry on what your doing casa del mar resort your outstanding . lf l have to say a negative neither entertainment teams have been informative British guests invisible to French team international team not spike much. this is nothing to stop us loving this hotel already booked for a month in January

From arriving to leaving we had a great experience at the lovely Iberotel. We were greeted with a drink and a cleansing towel at reception, where you are asked to take a seat whilst booking in, no standing at the counter here. Your luggage is whisked away to be delivered to the room, at the same time you are introduced to your room. The rooms are cleaned every day if you require it and towels are changed daily, your room is decorated with towels most days. Every member of staff greets you every time you pass and asks if you require anything, this is not merely a box ticking routine if you mention anything, you get it, from your room cleaner to the senior managers. There are two pools one quiet and very bracing, the other warmer and busier. Each pool has a snack and drinks bar next to it. For more substantial snacks, the Italian along with the main restaurant are open at lunchtimes. The main restaurant opens for breakfast lunch and evening meals, wine and soft drinks are available, with any further drinks from the adjoining "Little Bar". The choice of dishes is wide and well cooked, with the added availabilty at the a-la-carte Italian (inluded once a week if you are all inclusive). There is entertainment at the busy pool and at the Night club in the evening. A short walk across the enclosed road is the beach access, with snack bar, shared with its sister Jazz Hotel. My wife celebrated her 66th Birthday during our stay and the whole staff joined in singing and providing a complimentary cake, during a celebration meal. Essam our our very enthusiastic cleaner, who decorated the bedroom and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. A big shout out to the bar manager Mostafa Asran, and his staff Abd Elnasser and Abd El Rahman for a constant flow of cocktails and beer, with a smile and a joke. Thanks also to catering mananger Said Hamsa and to the Assistant reception manager and his staff for going beyond and arranging invitations and meals. This is a hotel you will want to return to...

This ressort id like heaven speacially the enterrtaiment team they have a great programme to make you always happy and entertained , i reccomand this hotel for everyone that want to go to Égypte for his vacations, very happy to be there great service

Just returned from a fantastic two weeks holiday at the Iberotel casa del mar and already planning our next visit, we have stayed at a few different hotels in hurghada but this was by far the best hotel ever, every single member of staff deserves a special mention because they all made our holiday memorable, always smiling and couldn't do enough for us. Food choices were excellent even for fussy eaters, alcohol was top class and plentiful. Animation team worked tirelessly and tried to involve everyone. The whole resort was spotless and every day management team spoke to everyone to make sure you were 100% happy with everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone you won't be disappointed and we honestly can't wait to return.
