HOTEL TURAN PRINCE

On arrival during October half term following a delayed flight we are allocated a different room due to ‘technical issues’ which I presume was an overbooking as previous reviews have stated we were given 2 separate rooms for a family of 4 for the night with no apology. Flight was delayed so arrived at 9pm no food on offer until 11pm so kids hungry and tired. All signs around hotels for food times or locations wrong and being served elsewhere. Temporary Room had no locking balcony doors on ground floor level, broken key card slot, run down. Changed rooms next day- had to pack up and move all luggage ourselves with no apology for inconvenience. Booked by independent travel agent- she complained to management via email as had confirmed before our arrival all was ready for us- they eventually gave a bottle of wine (free at the bar) and an a la carte meal (also free as end of season) Activities around the hotel difficult to book and booked up by same families so unable to use. Very few English speaking families around and staff given priority for food. Most miserable staff I have ever seen at a resort - very unwilling to solve problems unless they will get money for it. Visited in October half term- beautiful weather but freezing pool waters- most people stayed at the beach all day as sea water warmer. Food very monotonous. - la carte restaurants plain menus with limited options. Cocktails tasted like water and different each day despite same cocktail unless you paid for nicer ones at the Vitamin Bar. Hotel surrounded by markets which was nice to wonder but constant hassling and if you were not going to buy at that stall staff became rude especially it seemed to English guests. Wifi signal terrible throughout the hotel - ended up downloading e sims to receive messages as signal not strong enough even in reception. Walkways between the hotels were slippery slopes. One of the worst all inclusive hotels we have been to as a family, sadly would never return or recommend it to others despite the photos it is not as it seems! When we tried to speak to the staff to discuss our issues they were not bothered and gave no apologies

Firstly, the hotel itself is amazing. Spacious rooms, well equipped, very clean and the staff have been very helpful. There is plenty of seating round the pool bar and sunbeds round the pool so you don't get the typical morning sunbed fight that you get in most hotels. Where the hotel lets itself down is with the food. The 3 a la carte restaurants were open one day each within the 1 week of our stay. We managed to get a table in the Turkish restaurant which was incredibly underwhelming (we left before the dessert course due to the wait between courses and empty plates being left on the table til the waiter decided to come clear them). The main buffet style restaurant was very hit and miss. For a supposed 5* you would at least expect a bit of rotation in options but apart from one Italian themed evening, you should expect the same dishes day in, day out. The evening entertainment again was very hit and miss. Some of the amphitheatre shows were good but the pool bar entertainment was poor and mainly aimed at German and russian tourists. Outside of the hotels control but would give it a miss if you're a British tourist due to insanely rude German families who have zero concept of a queue and happily stand breathing down your neck at all points of the day. Bit of a let down as the hotel could have been amazing. Definitely not 5*.

There is no excitement or we have high standards after staying at Granada Luxury Belek 5*. Personally, this hotel is more like 3+ stars for me. We were 2+2. The location is good, after leaving the hotel across the street we have a lot of stalls. The hotel is one of the smaller ones Rooms Normal rooms. There is what you need, comfortable beds. Cleaned on request but not thoroughly. They do not wash the floors and after a few days there is a lot of sand on the floor. There is a minibar but only refilled with sparkling and still water in a 1.5l bottle and Fanta, cola, sprite 1l. There is no beer and snacks like breadsticks etc. We were in the main part of the hotel. If someone chooses cottages, they must take into account that the distance to the pools, sea and restaurants is quite large. Beach The beach is close and nice, a relatively gentle slope also ok for children, you just have to watch out for boulders under the water. In the season, however, there may be a lack of sunbeds. Small bar at the entrance to the beach (juices/beer/water) without drinks For drinks you have to go to the restaurant between the pools and the beach. Apart from the beach, the biggest plus of the hotel is the animators. Animations only in English, German, Russian and Turkish, but I guess that's the case everywhere off-season. Swimming pool Attractions for children are poor. One 0.4m pool with slides for smaller children (shown in the hotel photos), an elephant slide and 3 tube slides. additionally a small playground next to the children's pool You have to be careful at the pool because the tiles are very slippery and children keep falling over, in some places the tiles are missing because they are damaged. Generally, city pools often offer more attractions and are in better condition Food 1 main restaurant and 2 additional ones with a very poor selection. You have to remember that it's all inclusive and not ultra inclusive Generally, the food is max 3 stars, maybe less, it could be improved a lot in this regard. I am very disappointed, the meals are very monotonous and of poor quality, sometimes you can find something good. Juices only in cartons, not freshly squeezed. Drinks are rather poor quality and have a small selection of alcohols, it depends on the bartender you get. They do best with whiskey and cola. Ice cream for children without limits, scooped or on a stick. Fruit is enough and is ok. There is definitely a lack of a typical snack bar where you could eat pizza, hot dogs or dry snacks during the day. There is only a restaurant open until 4 p.m. by the road to the beach where apart from nuggets, fries, pasta and hamburgers that we make ourselves, we can eat something during the day without having to go to dinner. During the day, apart from ice cream and cakes, the only snacks are waffles with Nutella and banana. The service in restaurants and bars is nice and helpful. Overall, I would not come again

We went to hotel together with friends, it was amazing. The staff were super nice and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious. There were many activities, always something to do. We spent very fun and remembering days in hotel. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Villa room was very beautiful, clean and peaceful! There was a lot of activities during the day and evening, a lot of shows and music at the club was super! Food, drinks everything was great! Definitely recommend for families and friends! 🌞
