    That was the worst time ever in Turkey ever
    Feelings that you a trash, once its the last days of a season. I can compare to Gural Belek that was also the end of a season, but we felt that they work to perfection. Tekirova just cut the kids programs, later-adults without any note. The last day of work they just stopped everything, water slides, some food facilities. I have asked for a ln ice coffee and answer was, oh, well, ok. We felt like a trash who are still in their property. Believe me, I know what does it mean the end of season, we are not people oh high demands, we needed just basics not the locked door everywhere. We were 3 times in Turkey and this time was the worst. Spending much money and getting formal we are sorry, we are closing.. so either you are closing,or you are working. Ernesta

    Don't leave your kids at kids club!!!
    Had a worsest experience with this hotel. This was a long planned family holidays and hotel chosen for a reason as have been here last year as well and it was a lovely time. This year experience with happyland kids club made me very disappointed with whole hotel chain and theyr level of responsibility. Have booked baby sitter service at happyland for my 4 year old son as have done in the previous trip. After few hours arrives to collect him and found him very upset and stressed crying alone outside. After asking him where is his sitter he told that he was all the time alone.. This complealtly shocked me especially when I specific requested this servise. Try to communicate with staff and it was very difficult due to very poor understanding of basic English, however she managed to confirm he was alone all this time! This will be the last time when me and my family will ever visit this hotel. Please stay away from this place if you don't want same experience for your kids...

    Verry good
    The Hotel needs a cosmetic renovation. The food is ofen overcoocked, especially meat, some dishes are way to salty (for exsample soups) and some needs more taste. The omlete at breqkfast is perfect! The icecream, cocktails and orher drinks are tasty too. The Hotel is verry clean. All the shows were qualitative. The staff are super fantastic! They are nice and welcoming. Children here are loved, the staff always smiling to them. One employee espacially caught our eyes, he was amazing - friendly, funny, smart, his eloquence in english was something out of this world, he speaks in englosh verry well and his storys were verry interesting. This guy made our vacarion even more excellent. This name is Yusuf, he’s a tall waiter at the beach bar.

    Only good territory and nature
    Beautiful territory, good beach for Kemer, but that's all I like in Gural Premier Tekirova. You either should be at the restaurant at exactly 7pm to reserve a table, or if you go after 8pm you risk part of the offered food to be finished. That's what has happened every night since we were here. If there is an accidentally free table, it won’t be cleared. There are a few chefs in the restaurant who I assume are watching the meal, but in fact, most of them are talking to each other and don't notice the empty bowls. At all stations where the food is prepared in front of you, the same thing is cooked every night. About the bars, I can add that the bartenders work a lot, if you are in line they will prepare your drinks but if you sit down and want a waiter to bring your order, you have to be lucky. For the fifth night, I serve myself as the waiters look through me sitting at the table and don’t come. And that's when the tables aren't full. After dinner it is impossible to find a free seat near the bars. Two days I rang the reception for housekeeping because the room wasn’t not cleaned. I have also been to Gyural Premier Belek, much better service and offer. I am very sorry, but I would not recommend the hotel. I don't see what is Premium here.

    Mold, cigarette smoking policies don’t exist, low quality food
    They should separate smoking area and rooms from non-smoking. Learn proper English for visitors. Use better quality food and recipes. Upgrade the rooms, clean up the ducts, ac units. Everywhere smells like mold and the worst quality cigarettes, it’s unsafe and disgusting. They should listen to complaints and fix them on time, don’t lie to customers instead. Shame on this hotel and its service. The worst experience ever. I just wasted more than €4,000 for 2 people. The food was worse than Soviet Union cheapest canteen at the darkest times of ussr. Literally the worst and useless staff, except the waitresses. The shows were good. But essentials and basic level of comfort was absent. Really upsetting and discouraging experience ever.
