Fantastic Holiday

The staff are lovely, kids team were so good with my daughter, she doesn't normally go to the kids clubs but had one bracelet making session and wanted to go back! This meant that for the first time on a mother daughter holiday, I got to use the spa. It’s under the kids club which was good in that I was close to my daughter but I can't imagine adult only clients being pleased with this. I had a pedicure with Maria,was so good! I totally recomend it ,but they have to isolate the kids club somehow. Fitness room also was big enough but in a basement not so good idea. Manos the Spa manager there told me that probably there are plans to move it somewhere else. We will come back for sure in the future. 5stars

Worth a visit

The location is good and near to center. Easy to get the bus to visit the town. The beach in front of the hotel is very nice. I am really disappointed as a Spa lover though. The Spa is in the basement, steep metal stairs, not the safest when you are all oiled up from a massage, small rooms for therapies and toilets need refreshing. I stayed at Grecotel White Palace before with the most beautiful spa and was shocked at the difference. It does not do the therapists justice at all and if I were them I would be always trying to work at the other one. Maria is so lovely though that you have to just put up with the surroundings, she performed a gel manicure perfectly. The highlight though was the 2 treatments I received from Manos (he was not working everyday at the spa). They performed 10 star treatments in 4 stars accommodation and that's why I scored a 5 star review. 5stars

Amazing experience!

Manos was my masseuse. He was very experienced and was able to crack my whole body with something called thrust technique. (I think the correct term is “make adjustments”). I run pubs and it comes with back ache due to all the barrels etc. Anyway, I couldn't find the spa the first 2 days so I was going to just forget it, but then I heard a couple talking about a great massage and they told me the spa was down some stairs at the back of the hotel. I'm so glad they did because Manos fixed me. The hotel is missing a trick if they aren't promoting this, I just don't understand it. Thank you Manos! I hope other people try harder than me to find you.

Family get away

Just had a great week away with my family. I have had some back pain before my holiday and decided to get a massage. I was with a masseuse called Manos and he was so good. It helped me so much and I wish I had had a massage on day 1 as I would have had another before I left. The spa is small and noisy though because the kids club is at the same area. 4 stars

Great quality hotel right on the beach and near shops and restaurants

Unbelievably friendly service in a great location. Rooms were clean and functional, restaurant was great. If I was being picky the pool was very cold but it was such a nice ambience poolside plus the beach is literally on the doorstop. Could not fault any of the staff. We felt like special VIP guests!
