Would visit again

Great and maintained hotel with great staff. Everyone tries very hard to make the vacation as pleasant as possible. Large selection of food and drinks. Also great animation activities during the day and nice shows in the evening. I would visit again.

Cold pools

Pools are very cold they say its heated but there not or is turnt down to low if you want a nice swim in heated pool do not go here love swimming but it was to cold management need to sort this out and stop advertising heated pool when you have not got one it ruined our hoikday nit being able to go swimming

Family holiday

We had family room, it was really huge with 2 bedrooms. Kids had their own beds, 100cm wide each. Food was really good, maybe the best we ever experienced. Really big collection of cakes, so that everyone could find his own. Akvapark was fantastic. Not so many people in november, so short waiting times and you could.enjoy yourself. People working here were amazing. Great animation team, kids were playing games.everyday with them. Lagoon was beautiful, with tourquis water, but watter was colder in november. You need.water shoes to go to lagoon.

Super hotel

It was amazing to come to this hotel is beautiful view and good location I was very happy with everything and good restaurant and testy food and quality is good and super entertainment team amazing show and activities and we need special thanks to Dena he is amazing man in this team he give our power

Avoid this hotel to go to Hurghada!!!!

Abysmal internet service, awful food, aggressively greedy and fraudulent set of horrible people - every single person you come across just wants to cheat you out of pocket. The staff at this hotel collude with everyone and everything you need to do away from the hotel to cheat you! You're told at check-in that you'd need to pay an additional $100 for a friend to spend a night in your room, and when your friend from your home country comes to spend the night in your room, they tell you it's not allowed until you pay them $150. You get into the room and it is 27 degrees hot because the AC is not working and all the calls to the reception yield no help!
