All the staff were great but a special mention for Moataz and Essam who were both excellent.hotel is a bit dated now but kept spotlessly clean all the time.some of the pool sunbeds were broken and should have been removed.the poolside music was ok but was on a loop and repeated too many times.

We had an excellent time, the place is spacious, luminous and very clean. All staff was very friendly and we were attended by Girgis at reception who was great! The facilities are great too and so was the restaurant: a great variety of options and yummy food. The pool is huge and there are fun activities to do during the day. Only a short walk to the sea and nice colour of the water. We were really happy with everything and would definitely come back!!

November Wedding Anniversary trip. Perfect time of year to visit, temperature beautiful 30c. Hotel was spotless, every where. Food, massive choice, something for everyone. They cater for all tastes. The staff throughout the hotel are brilliant but, I must put a massive thank you to Moataz (restaurant manager) who goes above and beyond to be helpful to all, he really is a credit to the hotel. Crab House Seafood restaurant was a superb way to spend our anniversary evening. Tip for restaurant....don't go in early, the last hour of any sitting, a lot quieter. The location was excellent, walking distance to Soho square. The beach area has a stunning reef. Rooms are spacious, Aircon and wi-fi (superb WiFi in all areas) we booked standard room, but had great view of pool/garden and sea. A Buggy service is available from lobby to beach, and to Soho square at night. Excellent value for money, if I had to give a negative view....it would be the cheap plastic cups used for drinks, we took our own and it caused no problems. Animation team do a grand job, but don't pressure anyone at all. Use the in-drive app to get around, very cheap, but safe. Only 10-15 min from the airport...in-drive price 100le !, old market only 220le. Will definitely book again,

10 minutes from the airport so easy transfer. Staff are very friendly and welcoming from the sea lifeguards, Sam in the Spa, bar staff ( Emad) and Motaz in the restaurant, who was very attentive to all the guests. Motaz is one of the supervisors and is always on hand to assist. He speaks very good English. A complimentary bus in the evening takes you up to Soho Square - 5 mins. Driver is lovely. Try the Ice bar, View Bar and Queen Vic. Guests get a 20% discount using the restaurant and bar facilties as long as you show your all inclusive wristband. A complimentary bus from the hotel entrance by the pool runs during the day down to the beach. There is a slight incline to walk back up from the beach to the hotel. The beach area is designed on levels and a section of the beach to paddle. Serious swimmers and snorklers can go off a mini pier, where the lifeguards sit at the end. Lots of fish to see even if you are swimming. The restaurant is open most of the time. Very good selection of options to choose from. There is usually a roasted meat each day , plentiful salad, cakes and pasta dishes. Chips provided and an Italian section. There is an additional italian restaurant, but we did not try that. The chefs also will chat with you esp the Head Chef and Second chef, who cooked me a bowl of chips separately when I requested. We stayed in Room 1208 which is a good size room, which overlooks the main pool and the sea in the distance. Mattresses on the beds were comfortable, dressed in white linen. The room faciltiies consisted of a hairdryer, fridge, safe, beverage tray, wifi ( which is good throughout the hotel and free of charge). General cleanliness is very good. Yes, the bathroom will require an update, however the shower provided a very good supply of hot water and we had clean towels each day. Complimentary toiletries are provided within the room. There is a room refurbishment programme ongoing in the lower part of the resort and I believe there is more in the planning. Spa and beauty parlour offer many treatments. Look out for Sam as he walks around, he will let you know the offers. He also speaks very good English. Great swimming pool and the smaller one by the bar is heated. Water gym is always at 11.30am with friendly animination team. I would definately stay here again as Fantastic value for the price we paid.

The hotel is cheap. Everything requires renovation. Almost everything is dirty and old. We received a room facing the swimming pool in the center. It was very loud, music stops only at 10 pm. All day the music is playing, you cannot relax in the room. The fridge in the room was running and water was under it. On our last day the hairdryer (very old) exploded in my mom’s hand. Happened with others too. Alcohol is very cheap, better not to drink.
