Worst all inclusive I’ve been to
Myself and my partner booked this holiday as a last minute one. We went all inclusive for 7 days. We arrived at 4am after flying for 4 hours and just got given our room keys and sent on our way (after reading reviews people got their cases taken to their rooms for them, and we didn’t) Got up to the room and the balcony was the smallest balcony I’ve seen! If you had kids I wouldn’t trust having them on the balcony. Both me and my partner couldn’t sit out on it as it was that small. There was no where to dry our towels on the balcony. Every night they had live music on playing on the stage until midnight so when we was shattered it was hard to go to sleep, so we had a late night every night. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed. We had a very thin sheet as ‘bedding’. One day we came back from being round the pool and the cleaners had taken the sheet so we had nothing to sleep with. We wasn’t allowed more than one toilet roll. When asked for more bedding, I eventually got a thick duvet. The aircon worked really well but had to turn up on a night as it would make the room like ice. The food was shocking! They don’t advertise what the À la car is so when we booked we didn’t know until we was served seafood and was then told it was a seafood a la car and wasn’t happy when we walked out and wanted to speak with the manager. We told them we had allergies with seafood and didn’t help with this matter. None of the food was labelled correctly in the main restaurant so if you had allergies you didn’t know what was in the food. Pool drinks were okay, very watered down as always. Could help ourselves to ice lollies throughout the day and there was fridges around the resort where you could get bottles of water whenever as the mini fridges in your room don’t get refilled. We went down to ask for late check out 2 days before leaving and they told me to come back Sunday at 9am, so I did just to be told we couldn’t have it, yet other people in the hotel got it. There was no shower facilities to use so we had to have a shower before checking out at 12pm. Our flight wasn’t till 2:30am and wasn’t getting picked up till 11pm. Not good to say your a 5 star hotel and can’t offer late check out! Overall, this was no where near a 5 star hotel

    Don’t believe the negative reviews!!
After reading some of the reviews of this hotel, we were a bit worried we had picked the wrong one for us, We are very glad that we went. Value for money hotel, yes it’s a bit dated but very comfortable and rooms cleaned daily. The food was very good with a large selection of meats ,fish, pastas and different menus every day. There were no flies, there is waiter service for drinks at the dinner tables and the tables are kept clean and tidy. We managed to sit outside for nearly every meal and it was very enjoyable. If you are after fish and chips and pints, this is not the hotel for you It has a very Turkish feel and we really enjoyed our stay. The evening entertainment was the best I have ever seen on an all inclusive holiday. The complaints about bar service I feel are more due to certain nationalities and their behaviour/not queueing and the bar staff dealt with this as best they could. The spa was fabulous-the manager accommodated our group needs and I even went back to have a sports massage which was fantastic. Very good value for money and the whole massage was nearly an hour and a half. Some of the young reception staff do not speak perfect English, but they asked colleagues for help and all of our enquiries were always dealt with promptly.

    Well done to all staff.
Found the hotel and it's staff very welcoming. The hotel is located directly on the beach front. The beach itself is quite small. The hotel has a huge pool and plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant food was of good quality and have absolutely no complaints about the food. The room was central to the hotel with ocean views 1125. A big shout out to ALL the friendly staff.

Well done Fore Resort & Spa
Very warm welcome to the hotel, all staff happy to help. The breakfast selection is excellent, lunch is also very good. Food and drinks avaliable throughout the day. The room is ok 1225, central to the hotel which looks out to the sea. The gardens and pool areas are clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend.

3* Hotel at best. Not 5*.
Where do I start. TUI package holiday. TUI grades the hotel their own 5. Online grades it 4 but when I rechecked on holiday it was regraded to 5. I don’t know how as this is a 3* at best. This was our first family holiday ever with our 5 month old son. We arrived in Turkey expecting an amazing holiday after hearing good things from family and friends. Unfortunately we were blighted with discomfort as soon as we stepped in our room. The first thing we could notice that we had no cot despite requesting one before. Not a major thing as you can just get one sent to the room however this took until the next night to actually arrive so we had to have our son next to us in bed which is not ideal. The second thing we noticed straight away were the flies. There were loads of what I could only describe as little fruit flies all on the walls. I immediately went down to reception who said that they would “spray the room”. The third thing I noticed was that there was no tea and coffee facilities for your room. The first time I’ve ever gone to a hotel and there not be tea and coffee to have in your room. This meant I had to request a kettle from reception. This seemed to annoy the man at reception who stated that the hotel don’t do kettles. It’s to note that not many of the staff speak good English so I had to use a picture of a kettle to translate. I explained without a kettle I will not be able to feed my son. This made us panic a bit as we only had one milk bottle left. Luckily another member of staff understood the issue and got us a kettle for our room. The last thing we noticed in our room was that the bed sheets don’t fit the mattress. Meaning that you would regularly be sleeping on bare mattress. Disgusting. This was every day. Couldn’t stand it. We get our son to sleep around 9pm Turkish time most nights. Hoping to get some time with together as a couple we were then disrupted by extremely loud music coming from the stage. I wouldn’t mind as much but some warning before booking a sea view room. You will not be able to get to sleep until 11-1130pm until it stops. If you want a quiet room you’ll need to make do with an inland view. The next day I had to make a complaint as the flies were still present despite the magic spray. The flies and the noise were our biggest issue. They said they can move us to a quieter room. I had a look with the manager and although this room was much cleaner and no flies were present we had in fact paid extra for a sea view room and were not being compensated to move. Every day our room would be sprayed yet every night the flies would return. Not ideal around our son’s bottles. Thats the room issues addressed now onto the food. The food is not the best and there is NO room service at the hotel. Mad when you think that you’re supposed to be in a 5* establishment. I was expecting chicken shish, doner, lamb chops etc. This hotel does not do that so it didn’t really have a Turkish feel. What made meals uncomfortable were the amount of Russians that were staring at us and my son. It felt very hostile and uncomfortable especially for my partner. Now I don’t know if it is because we were an interracial couple but the hostility towards us was not nice. I’ve experienced racism many times in my life and I’m not a man to pull the race card ever but there were clear looks of disgust towards me and my family. They would push in front of us to get food or drinks. I knew it was bad when my partner went to get some ice to keep my son’s milks cool and the Russians just pushed in front of her whilst she had our son in the buggy. This made dinner very unpleasant so we made it quick. Two of the nights we got other dinner delivered to the room as we couldn’t bear to sit around those people. We met some lovely polish people, Germans and danish people who were lovely. The Russians unfortunately have a bully mentality and it’s their way or no way. 2/10 for food and atmosphere. The locals especially the older generation were lovely and paid alot of attention to our son. This made it a bit better. I spoke to a manager called Aybüke during our stay who was doing her best to put things right. She offered us free a la carte which I originally declined as I didn’t think that was a reasonable form of compensation despite us staying with flies for the duration of our holiday. She is a nice manager who does care but I think she would do better at a hotel that isn’t as degraded as this one. She approached my partner and said that all residents from the U.K. can get free a la carte one evening. I did think this was strange at how only the English were getting free A La Carte. We went and had a meal. It was so bad. We had calamari and entrecôte steak. Both awful. I would not recommend anyone to pay for that as it’s an optional extra. The steak was chewy and gravy was cheap and flavourless. 9/10 for her efforts. Snack bar. This is the same everyday. Cakes left over from lunch or dinner. Burgers with no cheese , chips, chicken nuggets, pizza and lahmacan. 3/10 from me. 2/10 Gozeleme. Very nice. A lovely lady makes it fresh for you. 9/10 Alcohol. Some staff don’t know how to make a cocktail so you’ll get a different cocktail every time despite there being a machine that makes it for you. This must be due to the lack of English speaking staff. Beer and spirits available. Iced coffee made in a big dispenser. Not done every day so some days they would not fill it up. Don’t know if this is laziness or lack of ingredients to make it. 4/10 The pool is very clean and water slides are fun. 9/10 The entertainment is bad. I don’t really know what the hotel is trying to achieve but nobody stays to watch. By 10pm the seats are empty but the music is blaring so loud. You would think if nobody is watching or dancing to the music then you’d turn it off and allow residents to chill. It sounded like you were in Ushuaia in Ibiza it was that loud. 1/10 No issues for sun beds . Plenty to go around. 10/10 There is one older member of staff who does not stop sweeping downstairs. He shaved his head off during the holiday but he was really nice. He works really hard and I don’t think he ever goes home. Shout out to him. Keep doing what you’re doing you’re a credit to your peers. 10/10 There is one man in his 40’s / 50’s that’s always smiling around poolside and good with the kids. Thank you for making my son laugh. 10/10 The beach is lovely. Calm clear blue sea. It is a stone beach and not sand which is harsh on your feet. The pier is peaceful too. The hotel itself from the outside doesn’t look bad but it’s very dated inside. It’s in need of a major refurbishment. I would not go back to Turkey based on my experience at this hotel. Much friendlier in Cyprus and more accommodating for the English.
