    Good choice
    Really nice hotel for adults. Personnel was always helpful and friendly, atmosphere in the hotel and its premises was excellent. Room was cozy and regularly cleaned, air conditioning installed so it was comfortable to relax. Highly recommended

    So much love this hotel I spent three days there when I came to grecce . They have nice staff so friendly people honestly they are really the best in Greece 🇬🇷 ❤️ Second when it comes to there food it’s so so delicious 🤤 I even ordered for an extra

    It was our honeymoon and first time in Crete. The management offered us a free room upgrade to a superior room, recently renovated. The hotel has a private beach which indeed is the best what can happen. The staff amazing. They prepared for us a plate of fruits and champagne, thank you. The reception staff very friendly and attentive. The owner, Pantelis was always available and talking to all guests assuring everything is OK. I highly recommend this hotel.     Through the Grecos travel agency, I spent, with my family, a week's holiday in Crete from 16 to 23 June at the Eva Bay Hotel. According to the contract, it was a four-star hotel with an All Inclusive Plus board option. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my impressions of the stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were quickly accommodated in our rooms, although some towels were missing. From the next day we were able to enjoy our longed-for holiday. Our first impression of the canteen was that the meals were tasty but not very varied and monotonous, with mostly the same dishes every day. Subsequent meals confirmed this conviction. If you wanted to enjoy the full range of dishes on offer, you had to turn up at the canteen as soon as the meal started, as some dishes were simply not available afterwards. In addition, there was a shortage of plates and cups. Very often you had to wait for a new delivery from the kitchen. The pool at the hotel was clean and well maintained, unfortunately the lifeguard was not very polite, even abrasive. During our stay there was no shortage of sun loungers both in the pool and on the beach. The lady working at the pool bar was instead cheerful, smiling and very helpful every day. She was a 'walking advertisement' for this hotel. The problem was unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms. We arrived at the hotel on Monday morning, while the first cleaning and change of towels, upon several requests, was only on Thursday. The cleaning of the corridors in the hotel was a similar issue. About a month before the holiday started, we found out that the departure and return times of the holiday had been changed. Of course, I understand that this was related to the charter. According to the original version the departure should have been on 23 June at 9:15 a.m., after the correction the departure was on 24 June at 4:05 a.m. We had the room arranged by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday 23 June. During the meeting on the first day, we informed the resident of the problem, we were told that the question of extending the possibility of staying was at the discretion of the hotel and this should be done the day before the end of the stay. On the day before the end of the holiday, Saturday, I spoke to the hotel manager and presented the situation. I heard that with the extension of the stay, there were 4 of us in total, there would be no problem and we agreed on the financial conditions of the extension, which suited me. How surprised I was when, on Sunday, I heard from the same person that the hotel had full occupancy and there were no rooms available. My question about yesterday's deal was answered with a shrug of the shoulders and that was that. I can understand that the hotel has a 100% occupancy rate, but I guess the contract applies to both parties. Summing up all the pluses and minuses, I believe that the said hotel, in my opinion, deserves three and not four stars.

    Hotel description is wrong it’s not 4 stars , max I would give it 3 stars and it’s very generous - our holiday was all inclusive. First night we get room in buildings near road , it was a nightmare noises or car , motorbikes was unbearable. We change the room next day . In the room no shower gel , kettle, tea , coffe or water . If you want water for night you need bring from pool bar. Beach and pool was very nice but to get a sun-bed we need it get up 7:00 am more people in hotel then sun-beds . Restaurant was just one - description saying all crate - nothing like that just buffet. Food variety poor but most off meal was tasty . Soup was disaster - powder one !!! Fruit variety poor - melon , apple sometimes orange. Again more people then space in restaurant people was waiting with plates in hands for few tables despite poor waiters was doing there best !!! Amazing ladies . Always with smile on face and so helpful. Lobby bar was closed 3 night for our seven days of stay. I will not mention that mosquitos will eat you alive 😳. So positive side is that hotel is very small , pool bar girls , waiters so helpful and nice !!! Greek girl from reception very professional and nice . Beach very closed , many of restaurants around . Management of hotel should Changes something or perhaps time for new management as hotel has potential.
