Hotel is very grubby needs a good paint job to start. Staff are so arrogant and rude. The food all tasted the same plus we have never been on an all inclusive holiday where there is no ice cream available at lunch and dinner times in the restaurant. You can get an ice lolly from 2 - 4 which they say is free, how is it free when you have paid for it as part of your all inclusive deal. Positives are the slides which are very good fun however the pool water is so cold, Baltic is the word. For small children and the elderly anyone that is not good. The pools should be heated. No cocktails unless purchased. The basic room is lime being in dungeon with only 1 window which overlooked the air conditioning unit. On the whole the hotel is rubbish

Don’t even know where to start honestly gutted about our holiday ruined by illness, rude barstaff, bad food & a cleaner that didn’t clean the room, give clean towels or toilet roll! day 2 of the holiday my partner ended up with a bad chest infection had to go buy antibiotics turned out multiple members of staff had it too & was all on antibiotics, food was awful left out for ages all open no lids even half the staff won’t eat there that’s says a lot! alcohol drinks also awful! Cocktail barman hounded you to buy cocktails told him no he started swearing infront of the kids, Alayna itself is very isolated from everything & rundown not much going on & the men are disrespectful and creepy! Incident with a rude barman he became very aggressive towards us so we had to go & see the manager, slides are good but dangerous & not managed by lifeguards safely, a man broke his neck 2 days before we got there & a young woman fractured her spine during, a young boy nearly drowned his nana pulled him out lifeguard again too busy flirting with women. We all came out in a rash so did multiple other families. My stepdad & daughter& little brother had sickness& diarrhoea The day after we got home my daughter was blue lighted to hospital she had a distonic reaction to medication we bought from the chemist she was really poorly scariest moment of my life both her & my stepdad needed to be put on drips to flush out their system and hydrate them majority of the hotel was buying medication riddled with bugs! all in all I will never return strongly advise people to avoid. The entertainment staff, bar staff & Efes bar manager were amazing that’s the only positive Tuna & Luto lovely guys

I will start with the good bits first. The hotel is lovely and clean staff are amazing so friendly, rooms are adequate what we had for a family of 3. Slides are a good addition and keep you entertained for hours, the pools are absolutely freezing though. The island is a great addition to booking the hotel. However now the bad bits, the walls are paper thin can literally hear next doors conversations and the other side was the cleaners room which they shouted on very early in the morning. The food was the worst all inc ive ever been too, reading reviews that say even picky eaters found something, im not a picky eater but never found one single meal edible so made do with the snack bar which again wasnt the best but definately more edible. Lots of hidden extras that arent included in the all inc which is madness. The surroundings of the hotel there is not a lot to do its very isolated i like a bit of something. We ate out in all of the restaurants around which were nice but very expensive. Alanya is very expensive and run down in my eyes and for the food and area i wouldnt come back weve been to other places in turkey which we have loved. We have cancelled our holiday to Alanya for 2026 as its not a place for us. We found it as expensive as spain and definately more expensive than home.

Got back a few days ago.. 11 days we spent here. 3 adults 2 children. 5 and 6. Would i return? Definitely not. Food- not the best but each to their own, didn’t expect to have to eat out as much as we did. Although the dining room is absolutle carnage. Drinks- basic. Have to pay for extras an decent make alcohol. 4 out of 5 us ended up being ill with sickness. Including both kids Pools- freezing. The kids pirate boat pool was savage, some kids where absolutely vile no parents what so ever in sight just left to do there own thing. Slides were good, floor is very slippy. Some guests were very ignorant and rude, and some of the staff. £75 quid to be able keep the room,£15 hour. Not everything on site is all inclusive Ice cream, (2-4, they do give the option of a twister lolly or chocolate one) popcorn and candy floss is £2 each. Entertaiment wasn’t nothing special an everything was off by 10.30 tho didn’t start until 8.45. The bathroom in the room smelt like a nightclub men’s toilets absolutely disgusting! Cleaner chose if a when she done the room, ignored the do not disturb sign plenty of times also when we were I’ll🤒. Airport is brutal.. 2 hours to check in paid for lounge but missed due to the tome it took to get through even tho being there 3 hours prior to flight. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD It was nice to of been away but definitely need another holiday to get over this one 🥱🫣

We spent a week at Eftalia Splash as a family. Booking direct with the hotel we were going to be charged £500 for a family room. When we arrived we got an upgrade to a family room for £70. Bargain. The hotel has some decent slides and our room was big and very clean. But the food was dire. Finding anything hot was a challenge. Basic health and safety appears to go out the window. I watched staff pour and mix old food that had been lying out for ages in with fresh food. And roll top containers full of food were never closed. Staff refused to close them and opened them after they had been shut. There have been loads of reports of people falling ill after staying here. It's not surprising given the cavalier attitude towards food. Most nights we ended up having pizza and chips. Not great. We ended up going out for meals because we couldn't face the hotel food anymore. The hotel is not all-inclusive and there is a lot of upselling going on. One euro for a glass or orange juice. Cocktails for 8 euros. My son loved the kids club and there was loads to do down at Eftalia Island. But unfortunately the negatives far outweigh the positives. I wouldn't book here again
