The hotel is nice rooms nice clean well wouldn’t go again I stayed here for 11 night at the end of October for all inclusive it’s your limited to small selections of drinks any cocktails you will need to buy ice limited time to 2 hours like why do all inclusive if it’s not all inclusive don’t know what theses good reviews are on about 2 days before we left we got told in morning that you will be moving to Eftalia Ocean get packed and leave by 10 so you had pack your bags and go next door on the other hand Eftalia Ocean was way better then Marin ocean had water slides snack bars at the hotel if you need at Marin you would have to go to the island. DO NOT BOOK

Our recent stay at Eftalia Marin was a blend of positives and negatives. The resort shows potential, yet several issues impacted our experience. Here’s a detailed review of our stay: Arrival & Transfer: Our flight and transfer, though lengthy, were smooth and comfortable. Arriving at the hotel around midnight, we were pleased to find the 24-hour bar and snack bar open—a thoughtful touch that provided a quick refreshment after our journey. All-Inclusive Bars & Food: Navigating the all-inclusive offerings at Eftalia Marin proved challenging as first-time guests. The resort’s vast layout and inconsistent offerings made it difficult to understand what was included and when. For example: • Some bars offered soft drinks, but not all. • Certain bars provided complimentary spirits only during specific hours, with charges applied outside those times. This inconsistency felt frustrating, as if the resort intended to encourage extra spending. Additionally, the alcohol served seemed weak, making us question its potency. Children’s Facilities: While ice cream for kids was available at the pool bars, it was limited to a two-hour window in the afternoon. As a family of six, this restriction felt insufficient, especially as the kids wanted treats at various times throughout the day. Pools: Though visually appealing, the pools were unfortunately very cold. We had anticipated cooler temperatures based on the advertisement, but the water was too chilly for a truly relaxing swim. Furthermore, the lower pool near the “pool bar,” while picturesque, had a constant sewage odor. This unpleasant smell made sunbathing less enjoyable, interrupting what could have been a relaxing experience. Spa Experience: One standout feature of the resort was the spa, which provided a genuinely enjoyable experience for our family. My wife, children, and I took advantage of the steam room, sauna, Turkish bath, foam massage, and face masks. While my wife and I received a deep massage, the kids had a fun and unique experience dipping their feet into fish tanks for a treatment. This was a highlight of our stay, adding a memorable touch to the holiday. Cleaning Service: The cleanliness of the rooms varied significantly between the main hotel and the swim-up rooms: • Rooms in the main hotel received thorough cleaning. • The swim-up rooms received minimal attention, with staff seemingly prioritizing tipping over actual cleaning efforts. Staff Friendliness & Jet2 Rep: The hotel staff was generally friendly and willing to assist, which we appreciated. However, the Jet2 representative, Anil, seemed more focused on selling excursions than providing general information. When we asked for advice about the area, his disinterest was apparent. Food Quality & Presentation: The food presentation was outstanding—beautifully arranged and visually appealing. However, the taste did not match the display. Many desserts lacked flavor, and the variety seemed designed more for quantity than quality. The limited options led us to rely on the 24-hour burger and chips, which quickly became repetitive. Ratings Summary: • Ease of use of all-inclusive facilities: 30% • All-inclusive bars: 20% • Food: 40% • Cleaning service: 20% • Staff friendliness: 80% • Pools: 20% • Spa: 90% • Overall Experience: 35% Final Thoughts: Eftalia Marin, although rated as a 5-star resort, did not fully meet our expectations. While we appreciated the friendly staff, spa services, and 24-hour amenities, the inconsistencies in all-inclusive facilities, food quality, and issues with pool cleanliness were disappointing. We hope our feedback helps the resort improve and serves as guidance for future guests.

The hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend it! Dilek Nusret Mehmet and fuat are the best

Super hotel .the sfaff is very friendly and helpful .We liked the rooms,meal,beach everything. We liked the coctails they taste so nice Dilek Mehmet Fuat Nusret are very nice guys We will come back next year Thank you very much for everthing

Brilliant stay in eftalia Marin 2nd year here Coco and Ozan have been amazing made our holiday fantastic guys make the stay 10 out of 10 looked after very well will definitely be back to see these guys so friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend
