    Exceptional
Exceptional holiday resort. Family orientated. Friendly staff. Good food. Good rooms. All in all fantastic holiday. Have been there roughly 5 times. Will be going back 2025 with the grandchildren and their children and partners. Can't wait!!!

Disappointing!!! Nora virus, rife, avoid if you want a relaxing holiday experience
On arriving at the hotel first impressions were good, the hotel is large and impressive, with good amenities, pools the island shared facilities. Room was nice, spacious and clean. However, after 2 days 3 out of 4 of us started with Nora Virus which ruined the holiday experience. The room adjoining also came down with sickness as we could hear them retching through the paper-thin walls. The main pool is so noisy, the noise goes on all day with a heavy beat that is not filtered out within the rooms. Evening entertainment was poor. Communal toilets splattered with vomit or diarrhoea. Food was terrible. Staff were rude in dining hall, did not reset tables and walked away when asked for cutlery and cleaned other tables close by. Only time staff were attentive if they were on a sales pitch, for spa, cocktails etc Everything is additional extras We didn't drink alcohol but even the soft drinks are watered down and flat. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want a relaxing holiday. Worst holiday experience of my life.

    Ok, but. It great
Overall stay wasn’t too bad, but i would not return! Food: food was actually ok, don’t expect anyone come to you and offer you drink, unless you tip them. They will even walk around the tables sometimes and asking for change. Tip boxes are everywhere! Also no one will rush to clean tables, even though we were clearly standing there, trying to find a clean table. Drinks: this hotel was the least all inclusive hotel I have ever visited. Basic cheap drinks are free, cocktails, iced coffee and milkshakes you have to pay for and it’s not cheap. 5 euros. If you are a coffee lover like me.. just walk about 15 min to Robert’s coffee.. cheap and delicious. Cleaning: 6/10. The rooms were cleaned, but not properly! We made a mark on the floor on the first day and the last day was still there. They didn’t clean our jacuzzi for all week, even though was clearly used. I got sick on the second day (vomiting) and my daughter on day 4. There is a “doctor” in the reception which is completely useless! All I was offered to call ambulance, not even asking what is actually wrong with us or recommending to visit near by pharmacy. Eftalya island is good.. a lot of food options if you can’t be bothered to walk back to main restaurant. And plenty of sun beds around the pools and on the beach. Again a lot of options to pay for drinks, chocolate strawberries and candy floss.

Disappointing Stay: Hygiene, Safety, and Noise Issues.
Our recent stay was unfortunately filled with issues, and it’s fair to say we left deeply disappointed. We were really looking forward to this holiday, but a series of major problems made it a challenging experience. To begin with, the hygiene standards were alarming. Six out of our group of 17 ended up with sickness and diarrhoea, leaving us with little confidence in the cleanliness of the facilities or the food. The resort toilets were often left unclean, with vomit frequently seen and unattended, which only added to the discomfort. This lack of cleanliness left us anxious about dining at the hotel, so we reluctantly chose to eat outside, even though we had paid for an all-inclusive package. When we did dine in the buffet restaurant, it was difficult to find available tables, and clean cutlery was consistently hard to come by. On several occasions, we had to resort to eating with plastic knives and forks that kept shattering, leaving bits of plastic in our food—a frustrating and unsettling experience. To add to that, the food selection was limited and lacked variation, with the same dishes appearing day after day. Safety was another serious issue. Slippery surfaces throughout the resort made for hazardous walking conditions, and unfortunately, one of our group members suffered a fall that required a hospital trip and stitches for a head wound. This accident could have been prevented if the resort had taken more care with basic safety protocols. If hygiene and safety concerns weren’t enough, this was also one of the noisiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. You could hear every door banging, ding of the lift. The one positive note was the staff, especially the kabana staff on the island and the spa team in the hotel, who were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They were a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. Ultimately, I would not recommend until serious improvements are made in hygiene, safety, and noise management. This is not the standard we expected, and it’s far from the relaxing, safe, and enjoyable holiday we had hoped for.

Dreadful hotel - if you have not yet booked, reconsider!
Just returned and every bad review of this hotel is correct so there is no point echoing what others have said. They push you to upgrade by purposing putting you in a rubbish room with balconies facing nothing but pipes and rubbish, the housekeeping is the worse, just fresh towels and bed made. They never clear glasses, don’t replenish anything (3 times we asked for the shower dispenser to be filled and nothing), there was rubbish down the side of the dressing table and one day, I came back and all my belongings which I kept in a plastic bag on the dressing table were emptied out, bag taken along with some of my conditioner and also my children’s clothing. Reception were informed but no help at all. The staff are very rude in this hotel. The drinks are in dirty glasses, they claim to never have tonic for G&Ts and I believe this is due to them only serving this to people giving them back handed tips. The food does give you a bad stomach but this may have been from a bug or most likely poor hygiene. Dinner service is a joke, hectic, disorganised and filthy tables. No clean plates or cutlery either. A stressful and horrible experience. The island is like club 18-30s at night. You would need to have really low expectations to like this hotel. It is a 3* hotel at max. We booked a cheaper hotel for an additional October break and I can say, after 3 trips to Turkey, this is my last as this hotel put me off ever wanting to return. It’s yuk.
