The best animation and friends Mido & Dasha ❤️‍🔥❤️💞💕💓🥰

It was a happy and beautiful holiday with my family in this hotel, and I really enjoyed all my time with the room, the food, the performances presented by the animation team, and the dance shows. I loved the Indian show and the karaoke show very much. I participated and enjoyed all the activities with the animation, the best of them was the table tennis tournament. (This comment is in love with the entire animation team) Special thanks to you, my friends, animation team❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🥰🥰🥰🥰👍🏻🫶🏻🫰🏻

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. لا انصح به علي الاطلاق

لا انصح به علي الإطلاق الفندق ليس به اي احتياطات للامن ولا يوجد اسعافات اوليه او طبيب مقيم بالفندق و سوء معاملة من اغلب الطاقم ، بداية من بعض الاشخاص في الاستقبال الي طاقم النظافة المهمل للغاية ، مدير الفندق حاول بقدر الامكان اتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة لحل المشكلات التي واجهاتنا ، والتي تتمثل في عدم نظافة الغرف والحمامات وسوء تعامل موظفي الريسبشن والامن مميزات الفندق ساحة انتظار سيارات مجانية غرفة واسعه مطعم واحد لكنه به تنوع كبير في الاكل والحلويات مذهلة عدد حمامات السباحة كبير جدا وليس بها اي ازدحام. مدير المطعم شخص مهذب ومحترف . عيوب الفندق - المنتجع رغم حجمه الهائل به مطعم واحد فقط ويكون عادة غاية في الازدحام - النظافة ليست علي المستوي المقبول والحمامات دائما لها رائحة كريهه ظاهرة في الغرفة - الاغطية ليست نظيفة ولم يتم غسلها من النزلاء السابقين - الغرفة تم تسليمها الارضية امام الحمام غير جافة ولا يوجد مشايات او مناشف ارضية للحمامات - تم تسليم الغرف بحالة سيئة جدا والحمامات ليس لها اي مستلزمات ولا مناشف ولا مناديل وباسكت الحمام مليئة بالمخلفات من النزلاء السابقين - الاستقبال كان سيئ للغايه ويوجد بالريسبشن موطف استقبال لا يصلح ان يكون واجهه لاي مكان يتعامل مع جمهور - التفاهم والتعاون ضعيف جدا - الحلول لاي مشكلة ليست بشكل محترف - تم فتح جميع الغرف علي النزلاء النائمين ليلا لتسليم مناشف الغرفة I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Safety and Health Concerns: * Lack of safety measures: The hotel does not have adequate security measures in place. * No first aid or medical staff: There is no first aid kit or resident doctor on the premises. Poor Service and Management: * Rude staff: Many staff members, from reception to housekeeping, were rude and unhelpful. * Ineffective management: While the hotel manager attempted to resolve issues, the overall management of the hotel was poor. Room and Facility Issues: * Unsanitary conditions: Rooms and bathrooms were dirty, with unpleasant odors, and unclean linens. * Lack of amenities: Rooms were often missing basic amenities such as towels, toilet paper, and clean floors. Positive Aspects: * Free parking: The hotel offers free parking. * Spacious rooms: The rooms were generally spacious. * Good food: The single restaurant served a variety of delicious food and had amazing desserts. * Multiple pools: The hotel had a large number of pools with no overcrowding. * Courteous restaurant manager: The restaurant manager was polite and professional. Overall, the hotel's significant drawbacks outweigh its positive aspects. The lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, and poor service make it an unacceptable choice for guests. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel

Stayed at this hotel this year and last year had an amazing holiday staff are all so friendly and really couldn't do anymore for you if they tried. The food was good rooms are lovely the only thing about the holiday I did not like was the way other holiday makers treated the hotel and the staff will be back

Great experience

The restaurant Staff Were super welcoming especially Mr.Ayman Noor, Mustafa and Alaa. The food was great and the service was incredible. The pool near the reception was great and the rooms were decent. Overall it was a wonderful experience getting to meet people like this and staying in this great hotel
