Public areas and toilets were always clean. Bedrooms were clean and adequate, although slightly small in comparison to other 5 star hotels in Turkey that we have stayed in. The choice of food is rather underwhelming and the restaurant, which is very tired looking, is definitely in need of a refurbish. The supplements for the a la carte restaurants are extortionate, i.e. €40 to €50 per person. Cocktails in the Lobby Bar were, on the whole, undrinkable, as the ingredients never seemed to be in correct measured proportions. However, in comparison, the cocktails at the Ibiza Bar were more in proportion. Perhaps this was due to the fact that, during busy periods, there wasn’t always enough bar staff in the Lobby Bar. The woooden decking at the Ibiza bar is rather dangerous as quite a few of the decking strips are loose and, also, there are a few protruding nails. I do think that the cabanas are over-priced given that some of them only get the sun for part of the day. This hotel seems to be riding on the Hilton name but, unfortunately, I would not rate it as 5 star.

The check in was smooth, no waiting around at the reception desk, immediately shown to a soft seated area and presented with a drink, a warm cookie, a pen and check in sheet. Shortly after presented with room and towel keys. Excellent service. The rooms are lovely asked for an orthopaedic pillow which was sent straight away. I was in room 301 view was not great, overlooked a bit of scrub land and a couple of bungalows between us and the Akra Hotel. A lot of noise from the road but fairly quiet at night. Good: breakfast good selection. Lunch: food trucks are amazing. Dinner: Although advertised as special around the world menus each night was very samey with a few dishes to relate to the theme, that said food was good and plentiful. Coffe shop in the lobby was such a treat, loved it! Took a stroll into Kemer although lots was shut for the season I can imagine at the peak of the season it’s probably very vibrant. All in all great stay and would definitely visit again.

Much needed break for some winter sunshine and I couldn't complain. We booked through Jet 2 for 5 nights only and wish it had been longer. The location is perfect - 10 minute walk to the nearest shops and around 20 minutes down to the harbour area. Rooms were immaculate - not one complaint. I was a bit concerned as we were only 3 doors off the main lobby, and being a very light sleeper I was expecting late night noise from the 24 hour lobby bar but didn't hear a thing! Pool was freezing, however isn't this the day and age where we are told a cold water plunge is good for your health :). The sea temperature was perfect. Food - lunchtime food carts were fabulous. We filled up here every lunchtime as the food was great and the waiter service we received from Ali was second to none - what a lovely guy who saw to our every need! Evening food not quite as good, but we never went hungry and lunch more than made up for it. Entertainment - not amazing, however I wasn't here for entertainment, I was here for a relaxing break and that's what I got! We did have opera one night in the lobby which was brilliant and a couple of games of bingo. One night they put on a karaoke but very few Brits requested to sing so it was nearly all Russian - we still had a laugh though. Overall, I really cannot fault much about this hotel at all. Yes it's pretty small compared to some of the resorts in Turkey, however the staff are wonderful, they go above and beyond and are so helpful. I would definitely return here again.

First of all was a good impression going to the hotel welcome with a cookie , but when we checked in I went for a shower and my shower was not draining this was quickly resolved the first few days of my holiday were great food in buffet restaurant nice and plenty of variety for breakfast,lunch and dinner we went to the spa and done a package on day 2 and that was great and relaxing all staff were very friendly and helpful in all the food outlets we booked the bungalow one day was good but shaded we were fully aware of this and got some sunshine at the start of the day we also done the la carte BBQ which was great you got to cook it yourself. We booked one more la carte menu which was steak and although this one I didn't get on so well with I received food poisoning from this meal and was vomiting & bowel problems within 4h and non stop for the day from this point I was ill for several days untill going back home my partner spoke to guest relations on the day I was vomiting and asked for help they suggested the doctor that was €150 just to see not anything elce the hotel advised where to go to a pharmacy at the 9pm that evening when my partner spoken to them they weren't helpful and basically said I might have a reaction to the sun or alcohol - but it's only 24oc which is nothing of what I'm used to and I only had 3 alcoholic beverages that day and i always asked for less alcohol and only finished about half of all them drinks. The day after when asked if they could sort something out as we have paid out alot of money for all the added extras that day my partner got told unless we have a note from the doctor it not food poisoning the manger then went on to say I have 700 guests in this hotel why is she any different - I work in hospitality as a chef myself I do all the training and I know for a fact I had food poisoning I don't need to pay €150 to tell u I have food poisoning from your restaurant and also in the a la cartes they're was only one other couple eating not 700 the least they could have done as I could not eat or drink anything properly the rest of the holiday was taken my meal off the bill yet all the done was offered 25% which is a joke being that i could not eat & drink anything but water for 2.5 days and when i could eventually eat was only chips this is the worst holiday i have been on in my entirety due to bad management in guest relations not to mention the noise was pretty annoying as u would hear it untill midnight pretty loud and on the last night there were banging in the room next door and screaming and loud people in reception till 3am we had to phone reception 2 times this night to see what was going on yet this still continued till alot later over all i would not recommend this hotel and was the worst experience overall Unfortunately don't have many photos as spent the majority of time in bed sick

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the family duplex room and it was the perfect room for us as a family of 4. The rooms were made every day and mini bar restocked. The food vans are fantastic and a lovely choice of food but these are only open during the day. The breakfast and evening meal options aren’t as good but we never went hungry and we will definitely come back. The staff are great, especially Firat, Harun & Ali who were the day staff in the food court, they were fantastic, always busy but nothing was too much trouble for them, they are such lovely people, they deserve a promotion and a pay rise, we have never had a better service and we hope to see them again when we come back next year.
