Exceptional Stay with Amazing Service at Domes Miramare

I had a wonderful stay at Domes Miramare. The food was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, and the beach staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, and always attentive. Their leader did a fantastic job, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Fabulous experience

We have just returned from this fabulous hotel,we had room 410 Emerald retreat which was a lovely room and serviced every day,on a couple of occasions someone dropped in and turned the covers over and left a chocolate on our pillows,the bed was so large I couldn’t reach my partner,on opening the patio door we were 5 meters from the pool and no problems getting a sun bed, the pool bar was always manned by 3/4 guys who were always ready to serve.We were on B and B,in the morning the restaurant was superb,you name it and it was probably there,a great breakfast. This has been the most relaxing holiday we have ever had,a big thank you to all the staff I met during my stay,all were very friendly and helpful,we would go back tomorrow

I need to be honest

I need to be honest about Domes Miramare. I raised concerns not dissimilar to those I have since read on Trip Advisor this evening (so i will not repeat them) and it would appear they do not truly care. Sad as it’s a lovely facility. I had to laugh about the pool side comments. I watched the lifeguard pay more attention to a dog than she did guests. While most of the staff were extremely professional, many were sloppy. I had to point out I had not been charged for the trip into the old town and to be honest maybe I should not have paid as I don't understand why we were ferried out (10 of us in a Maybach Van - I had to sit in front as I am claustrophobic) at 18:30 on a Sunday when most of the shops were closed and it was dark ??? In response to my "complaint" I got a curt, sorry you feel that way, food beverage and a "I look forward to your review". To be honest if i could have left I would have. I am however grateful for the 1926 and Makris staff who were on duty for dinner and the cleaners

Greek Paradise

Staying here was one of the most wonderful & relaxing trips ever. The property is beautiful, and very well maintained. The Staff there are most accommodating, and are always there to make your stay perfect. The food was spectacular, and the service was spot on. Our room was delightful with a patio facing the beach area. Room was very clean and well appointed. I can't say enough about the Staff. Francoise, Marena, and Christina, were all so fantastic. The bartender, Yanni, who was also magnificent, made our stay very enjoyable. For a nice chill experience, this is a lovely destination. Sincerely, David & Jan
