DELPHIN DIVA

We have been to the diva before in 2022 then the imperial in 2023 and back to the diva - in comparison we prefer the diva - it’s smaller but has everything the imperial has for us. Imperial is too busy. We upgraded to the family deluxe and it has been worth every penny. Certainly made our holiday. The only things for improvement are having a football pitch and having fruit on the pier like the other delphins but other than that everything was better than the other delphins. Well done to all the staff - fantastic hotel and the staff are a credit to the hotel chain. See you again soon. ❤️

We visited at the beginning of October, but this hotel was disappointing, unlike other hotels in this chain. This was our 6th visit to a Delphin hotel. First, upon arrival, there were misunderstandings about the room, after asking for two rooms to be next to each other, they started talking about the surcharge, which amounted to 1000€ for two families. We didn't agree, we got standard rooms. My family consists of four persons: me, my husband, my daughter, 14 years old, and my son, 7 years old. They are trying to accommodate us in a room with a double bed and one single bed and a two-seater armchair in which they offered to put a 1.46 cm boy. There was no mention of any delivered bed, but it wouldn't even fit there. Well, we solved this situation ourselves, because the other family that went together was two, so one child could sleep with them. When we started talking with our travel organizer, we found out that it was the hotel that decided to help us, not us. The false position of the hotel disappointed us. Next it was even nicer... Because I wanted to celebrate my 40th birthday with my closest people and the hotel was informed about the birthday package, but it doesn't change anything. It's not even worth reporting to them because it doesn't change anything. After making a reservation a la carte, they decorated the table festively, but before ordering they said it was a birthday dinner. A small cake and three macaron's cookies were left in the room. That's all you can expect and no more. Although in other hotels, I received a massage as a gift and the staff sang happy birthday and brought a cake with a candle (this kind of attention was very nice). And this hotel does not have that. Although the service staff are helpful and friendly, there was a situation in the main restaurant during dinner with one rude employee. Since we were with elderly people who do not speak English, let alone German, and can only communicate in Russian and our native language, we were humiliated because they tried to speak in Russian and were ignored, and ignored and walked away to German citizens who had bracelets of a different color than ours. But that worker speaks fluent English, German, Russian and knows his native Turkish, he was older than most of the young people who at least made some effort to understand and help. This employee further damaged the reputation of the hotel in my eyes. Then the rooms: they are cleaned every day and something is unfolded, there are no complaints about that, but in 11 days they never refilled the hair conditioner and body lotion, there was another time when they didn't refill the refrigerator even with water. Therefore, I will no longer choose the Diva hotel of the Delphin network and I will not recommend the Diva hotel to anyone. I could go on...

This was our first time at a Delphin hotel and our standards are now higher 😂 A very nice place, friendly staff, my son loved the roller skaters at the pool. It’s very clean, spacious, there were enough sun beds at the pool and at the beach, food and drinks always available everywhere . Also they have a nice Luna Park my 4 yo son absolutely adored. Food was great, plenty of variety, desserts were very tasty, especially the baklava. Room was cleaned every day, sheets changed daily. The only negative point : we had a room that overlook Delphin imperial and it was very very loud until midnight. Also the sea view rooms are facing the pool, where there is a lot of loud music at night. But bought some ear plugs and it was ok 😌 Overall, I recommend Delphin Diva. It was our best holiday in Turkey so far❤️

Limited to 3 stars due to food. As vegetarians we were limited to mainly breads, pasta, pizza, potato dishes, salads and fruits. There was possibly more food we could eat but due to poor and insufficient labelling we couldn’t eat it. You ask the staff but due to the language barrier it was difficult to get a firm answer. I paid the same price as everyone else but could only eat roughly 10% of the hot foods. That too was very repetitive after 2 days. You ask hotel staff who admit to the problem but say management needs to change it but so far they don’t seem to be bothered. Staff and service were good, mini club for kids was excellent, Wi-Fi was good. Security of the hotel was good, free parking for 20 or so cars. Plenty of activities and entertainment at the hotel. Breakfast from 7am and dinner started at 6:30pm. Couldn’t use the gym as it closed by 7pm. I cannot recommend this hotel to a vegetarian and neither would I return until the food situation is significantly improved for vegetarians and vegans. A shame really as the staff are excellent.

Nice but needs update (fourniture, carpets), very clean - room, bars, halls, beach, toilets - staff always useful and smiling. We highly appreciate the concern for the environment - caretta turtle in particular. Minus: very, very loud entertainment during the day at the pool and at nights until mignight
