CULLINAN GOLF & RESORT BELEK

Cullinan is aesthetically stunning, it really has the wow factor. We were welcomed with Moet and strawberries, check in was smooth and professional. We stayed in a superior sea view room with views of the pools, sea and golf course which was really well equipped with everything you could need, good range of toiletries and a complimentary beach bag. There are various pools which are never particularly crowded (with the exception of the activity pool which is adjacent to the water park) so no sunbed wars here.... There are loungers in the L Pool which is beautiful and there is also music playing throughout the day which we liked. There are many food options during the day either at the main buffet, 24 hour restaurant or the a la cartes which are all included for lunch, in the evening the charges for a la cartes are quite high at around EURO49 compared to other hotels of a similar standard at EURO20. The selection and quality of the main buffet is excellent, as is the service (special mention to Ela who was exceptional at breakfast and in the Turkish at lunch), the staff to guest ratio is amazing and it shows with the high level of service here. The drinks service generally isn't as attentive as we've experienced elsewhere, especially by the pools however Ilona was fab at L Pool. Huseyin at the Pier Bar was fantastic, always making a daily 'special' cocktail for us to enjoy. Evenings bring a variety of live bands by the stunning Lotus pools, and can be enjoyed while dining, at the Lotus seating or from the Noble Irish pub - we chose to sit at the Noble as the staff were better, particularly Mali who was outstanding, giving attentive, friendly service consistently - he is a star! There's also a standard external professional show. Galapagos Beach club in the evenings is insane - we loved it! Dancers, great music and a really cool vibe, it was also well attended every night which enhanced the atmosphere. Our assistants Ilona and Anastasia were outstanding - responded well to each and every request and couldn't have helped us more. In summary, we loved it here, hotel is stunning, there are some fab members of staff. The a la carte pricing needs a review and there needs to be more staff at bars and pools. With a few tweaks, it can be number 1 in the area. We can't wait to return.

Hi, this is the 4th time I’ve been lucky enough to stay at this hotel The service provided, the facilities, the food are exceptional. My girlfriend and I were yet again not disappointed A special mention, to Volkan Kose, as always superb service

This is possibly the worst 5* we have ever stayed at. We visited the hotel with our children 7 years old and 18 months old. From the very beginning the staff was just not on the level of high end hotel. Probably 70% of staff is Russians and over 80% of hotel guests are also Russians. Very particular Russians, who don’t respect anyone and feel very entitled to everything in life. So if you are Russian you might like it there, otherwise definitely choose different hotel. The staff is not qualified and their customer service is on extremely poor level. They can’t handle absolute any problematic situation with polite attitude, they are arrogant and simply rude. We had an issue with the room reservation which was booked directly with them and they were keep blaming the call centre and asked me to sort it by myself with the call centre. The situation escalated to the extreme and I requested meeting a manager who never found a time for us during 9 nights stay and staff was keep ignoring my daily reminders for a meeting. The butler service is pointless as staff is not trained, they are not attentive and literally not bothered about guests experience. Our restaurants were constantly not booked as our butler either forgot to do it, or had always some excuse that it was the system fault etc.. and we were walking from one place to another with hungry kids. Not mentioning that in your all inc package you only have ONE buffet type restaurant which is rubbish and all others requires additional supplement! My older son is vegetarian and selection of food for him was extremely poor in every single restaurant so he was running on tomatoes pasta and pizzas all 9 days!!! The kids club staff is all Russians and all kid’s entertainment was in Russian language! The staff can hardly communicate in English! The cleaning and housekeeping service is just shocking! I was coming back every day to messy room - only what they’re doing is mopping the floor and emptying the bins! When I took pictures and complained they’ve advised me that this is normal cleaning is their opinion as they never touch any of guests staff!! My kids stuff, clothes toys and other bits and bobs were literally on the floor!!! Few days they didn’t even clean the toilets! To add to this all today which is nearly 3 weeks after we came back my husband had a call from bank that Cullinan was trying to take 6k out of our account!!! When we blocked the payment and immediately called them we were advised that it was an accident as someone put wrong bank details from the system for the payment which supposed to be going for other guest!!! I have literally never even heard about guest bank details being stored so unprofessionally. This hotel is an absolute scandal! We came with friends who stayed in lots of others hotels in Belek and they just couldn’t believe how bad this one was. They said the best ones are Maxx Royal or Regnum Carya or Rixos.

3rd year in a row as it’s difficult to beat. Last year we extended the stay as it always so good. This year we booked 2 weeks from the outset. Great service and hotel and the golf courses get better every year. We will be back again next year. Thanks to you all

We've been to many hotels in Antalya but our stay at the Cullinan was up there with the very best. Wed like to say thanks to George 🙏 our assistant on WhatsApp, he was exceptional and a credit to your hotel. Would definitely return to this wonderful hotel.
