COOK'S CLUB HERSONISSOS

I had a wonderful experience at Cook’s Club, the location, service and setting of the hotel is very welcoming. The hotel has 2 swimming pools next to the bar and restaurant which makes the experience even more epic. Always a dj behind the booth playing the nicest bangers 👌. Service wise I can say that the ladies working at the hotel has treated me and my friends very well. Due to Dimitra, Eva, Erika and Irini I will be definitely going back to Cook’s Club as I still need to discover a lot of Crete. They have contributed a lot to our vacation on the island, even visiting a Cretan party and learning about the culture is something I will not forget. I highly recommend to visit Cook’s club and enjoy what the hotel and the island has to offer!

We had a lovely week at cooks club all really friendly and the rooms very modern and kept clean every day by lovely cleaners x breakfast had lots to choose from from pastries to lovely bread cereal and the chefs would do you omelets too. We had a bar meal one day and the portions are so big and very tasty . Had a massage while I was there by Foteini she was so lovely and made me feel at ease and the massage made me feel so relaxed x the only thing was we didn’t have the best view from our room and would been been nice to have a kettle to make tea and coffees but ok we had a fridge for our cold drinks x a lovely shower and a safe x There is a shop outside the entrance and a nice pub called the white lion which they are all very friendly x

The hotel is a hidden gem and has amazing facilities. Wonderful food cooked to order, friendly and helpful staff, chill out music and fantastic entertainment in the evening. I decided to have a massage at their spa facilities and my masseur Giorgos was very attentive and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The massage was incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel! We are booking our next year visit!!!!!

Having stayed there in October (outside of the high season!), i enjoyed it very much. Great central location with plenty of shops and bars around, also close to the beach and the pick-up spot for excursions. I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade with view on the busy street. The windows and curtains isolate very well so I didn’t have any trouble from the noise or light. There’s a really nice pool area with DJ’s in the afternoon and entertainment in the evening. The breakfast buffet is really huge and good and the restaurant in the evening is well worth it too. I also tried the massage and tattoo shop, and these were also great! A special thanks to the super friendly staff (especially the ladies at the reception but also their colleagues from the bar) for making my stay so enjoyable! Keep up the good job :-) I have to dig very deep to find possible improvements…. Maybe give the possibility to get a coffee in the early morning (it’s hard to wait for a coffee until 7.30 when the breakfast starts, if you wake up at 06.00 haha). Oh, and always serve espresso martini in martini glasses, not in plastic black cups ;-) I’ll gladly come back here!

Excellent service from Giorgos, very relaxing and very effective. He was very professional and very helpful. I had a full body massage from Giorgos and it was brilliant, I felt safe and relaxed throughout and I would love to come back again.
