It's not the best hotel in Turkey that I've stayed in, especially for a 5-star establishment. I'll give you the reasons below. 1. In my opinion, the hotel doesn't quite reach 5* premium status. The cottages are scattered throughout the grounds, and some are quite far from the sea. We originally booked a standard room, but when we saw it in person, we were really disappointed. It was dirty and tiny, like a shed. And the smell was just awful. We decided to change rooms right away. 2. In terms of the repair work, I wouldn't really call it that. The hotel itself is quite outdated. 3. The reception area has a rather unpleasant sewage and damp smell, and it's a fair distance from the sea. The hotel is also quite outdated and in a poor state of repair. 4. It was surprising to see that almost all the staff spoke Russian, and only a few people spoke English, which I found disappointing. 5. There are lots of tourists from Russia, who are pretty rude and loud. There aren't any tourists from Europe. 6. Cleaning services are just horrible. 7. The internet is pretty weak, and it doesn't always connect. On the plus side: 1. The sea is beautiful and clean, there are fishes swimming in it. 2. The food is delicious and varied. 3. The grounds are green and large. I would give this hotel an honest 4*.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June 2024, and it almost ruined our entire vacation. When we booked, we chose a standard room. Upon check-in, the receptionist immediately offered us a paid upgrade. We declined, as the description of the standard rooms was satisfactory to me. However, when we were shown to our room, I was in shock. The hotel grounds are beautiful, but the building where our room was located, far from the reception, was just awful. It seemed like these houses were originally built for staff accommodation because there was no soundproofing or windows. There was also no daylight in our room. Because our window faced the wall. Look at the photo. This is room 2150 We spent the night in this horrible room and demanded a change the next morning to what we had originally booked. We were told they didn't know when another room would be available. We had to cause a scene for someone from management to assist us. In the end, we had to pay an extra 30 euros per day for a decent room.

It’s a very nice and beautiful place to relax and have fun. All personal was very kind and friendly. The most I liked animator Ake, he was very polite and all questions was answered. The food and drinks (coctails) was very deliciuos, many atractions to have fun!

Very good place to chill and spend time, all personal is trying to do their best that clients would stay happy, very nice food seafood and good expensive drinks where everyone would find his best choise, recomend this hotel for couples, families with kids

We are currently staying with our family at this hotel. 10 days were excellent: the hotel, the staff, the restaurant - everything was excellent, but today they spoiled my whole impression in the restaurant. I haven't seen anyone smoking in a restaurant in two weeks. Today, during breakfast, I saw a woman smoking: yes, she was sitting on the edge, but all the smoke went into the hall. I asked the staff and they told me it was ok. But I don’t think so: there were families with small children! This woman was alone, but what if a company of 3-4 people smokes? So my impressions are spoiled...
