    A great Turkish Holiday
Brilliant Hotel, lovely grounds, super hard working staff and some great water slides which we spent most of the time at. The mini theme park at night was a great added touch but the pirate ship felt slightly unsafe - Im not one for being uncomfortable on rides but this one even made me feel like I wanted to get off immediately. Lovely beach area and plenty going on. The food was good, not the best ive experienced but again plentyful and varied. Its what you expect at an all inclusive. It is a little bit of a trek from the main Airport but worth the travel. The pool entertainment is brilliant, always something going on. I would recommend a stay.

    Lovely Hotel
Review Arrived 11pm check in was quick and we were taken by buggy to our room in block 4000 . A kind gesture of waiting for us to take us back to the restaurant area for a bite to eat . We got lost on our return to our room , I think tiredness didn’t help and even though it is well signposted we kept missing our block as it is near staff quarters at the furthest end of the complex and we just kept thinking surely we are not down there lol . But it is in a quieter area of all the hustle and bustle so it is ideal for us . Rooms Clean , no air conditioning but not needed at this time of year as the temperature drops at night so opening the door a jar at night is enough to circulate air . Lots of toiletries Mini bar is replenished daily with soft drinks and water . Kettle with tea and coffee , powdered milk Hair dryer , but not the best for my long thick hair . Beds , double and a single in our room . I found it comfortable but my partner didn’t as it has the roll together ( well used dip in the middle ) and as he is an edge sleeper found it impossible haha . Grounds Just perfect , beautifully kept , clean and tendered to all day , lovely areas of nature at its best including the cats and kittens . Cat houses , bird boxes , recycling points . Labelled tress and plants . Pet Zoo The animals looked well cared for and friendly . Pool areas Again spotless but wow how cold are those pools . Hardly any one in them . Cold enough for icebergs lol . No need to put out your towels at daft o clock , plenty of beds around . Slide areas pools are busy and yes the daft of clockers are out in force 6am !!! Music not too loud Beds comfortable Towel drop off and pick up Pool bar cocktails beer wine soft drinks Coffee areas Ice cream ( 4pm - 5 ish ) Cakes available all day Chrrrios and all the toppings at around 4;30 Entertainment around the pool apart from introducing the days events available around the other pools where we preferred didn’t have any but other pools and slides are available for families. Restaurant Multicultural guests and families, was great to see and all friendly to each other .So don’t be expecting a full English breakfast . Loads of choice in the restaurant and chips available 24 hrs lol . So vast and difficult to navigate around , well it was for me with no sense of direction haha . ( managed by the end of day 8 lol ) Busy times 7pm -8pm we preferred 8:30pm when it was a much calmer experience . Please use the sanitation areas , not many do and children are often picking thing up with their hands and putting things back . There were a few with tummy bugs ! We found all the staff friendly and accommodating even bringing throws for warmth on the evenings in the outside bars ( huge temp drop from the 28+ during the day) Entertainment Not applicable to us really , lots for children to do and they all seem to be having fun . As with the funfair . Beach area Beach bar has minimal drinks no cocktails but wine , beer and soft drinks . The sea is so much warmer than the pools , take beach shoes for the pebbles and shale to enter the sea . Clean , kept tidy , some beds need a little TLC but ok . There are some beach : street dogs they are tagged ( they have had their vaccinations , wormed and neutered ) very friendly beach dogs around , looking for fresh water and a little food . Not begging bless them , often seen chilling on the sand or sun beds . Clean and spotless toilets / changing areas on the beach with showers scattered around . Snack bar. The best for KFC style chicken , lovely , but can be very busy with long ques . Burgers Salad bar Hot dogs Pasta Fries Bars / drinks Limited choice , local spirits only apart from the vodka . Cocktails heavily used colours , not much taste with cordial type orange , pineapple etc very watery tasting even without ice . Only a choice of around 5 but all taste the same . I even tried the children’s with added vodka but again taste the same . As a cocktail drinker this was my only fault about this hotel . No option to upgrade or buy better quality . Out and about We had a walk to the top of the road for a change with the hope of finding a nice local restaurant and bar . There was plenty of shops selling clothing etc but no bars or restaurants to be seen . The next morning we booked a taxi to go to Side Harbour area . 3/4 hour journey . £20 each way What a fab day we had . We were dropped off at the top of the ruins and our driver wouldn’t except payment until drop off back at the hotel where he asked us to call him when we were ready for pick up . We found a little quiet beach area with sun beds €6 each and a lovely young man brought us cocktails from the adjacent bar . Now these are properly made cocktails around €11 each but wow only needed a few of these bad guys haha . The sea was so warm , peaceful and calm . You can walk right out and it still be up to your waist . We enjoyed it so much we returned on day 8, same place and the same taxi driver . Summery A lovely well kept hotel and we enjoyed our 10 night stay . Keep up the great standards , thank you , to you all . What a great team of staff you have .

Great hotel, awesome service, below average food
Stayed at Turan Prince World for a week in one of their Select Villas. The hotel complex and the Villa we got were awesome. There is a lot to do, the beach was clean and ammennedies on it were awesome. Every member of staff we encountered along the way was super helpful and very friendly. You could really feel appreciated while staying there. The food at the Select Restaurant was also okay, especially when compared to other restaurants. The outdoor pools were a bit cold but that's just due to the time of the year we visited as they were not heated. The sea was nice and warm though. Special thanks to the guys working at the Select Restaurant for their exceptional service. They really made you feel welcome. On the hotel territory there is a waterpark (although the pools there were also freezing), a mini gold track (that was missing the balls and clubs), a mini zoo that oddly had dogs (don't ask me why), a mini amusement park, spaa etc. Overall the whole hotel looked clean, well kept and inviting. The only negative experience during our stay was a restaurant visit. On our last night there we reserved a table in their Mexican a la carte restaurant and I've got to say this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I have had in my life and I've been to some very crappy places in my life. First off, you have to order everything in advance for everyone. The menu has about 20 items on it so no clue why they call it a la carte or what the idea behind it is. When you make it to the table they start bringing out the food but that is also very chaotic. We had people having soup as a starter, some had tacos, some had salads. Instead of bringing all starters out at the same time they brought Tacos, once these were eaten one person got their soup, after that person had finished, the remaining people got their salads. The caesars salat with prawns was essentially just lettuce (not even romain salad), some tomatoes, some mayonaise and frozen small schrimps ontop that tasted after the fridge. As a main course most of our table got the Mexican Steak. I have no clue what they were drinking when naming the food but it was far from a steak. Chewie, overcooked and funky tasting meat with some veg. The only thing that tasted good was the ice cream in the desert. Luckily we didn't have to pay for it as it's an all-inclusive hotel but even the €25 reservation fee we had to pay for 5 people was too much.

If I had read the reviews I wouldn’t have gone, opinions vary, thankfully ours did.
As per the title, I’m shocked to read the poor reviews, I’m sitting by the pool at the aqua pool as I write this. Opinions vary as stated, however unless I’m walking around blindfolded I am in a total different place. The hotel has a large reception area and then the rest is I would suggest best be described as a village, the ‘complex’ is massive, the rooms are in house type settings, I must stipulate the whole hotel setting and everything involved is massive. That said we found everything spot on, very clean, very tidy, very well maintained. Some of the poor pictures on other reviews, we witness none of this, in fact there are staff cleaning, collecting empty glasses and plates non stop. Maintenance, grass cutting was always happening. The food, there is so much of it it’s untrue, I’m Gluten intolerant, yet I had no issues at all. The main food hall is like a military operation, slick in all regards, once you have been there a few nights, you will get the best time for you. Early or later was best for us. The only niggle with the food hall, is the amount of people really focused on themselves. No big deal, work the time out best for you and there’s less people. That said during the day, the complex is so big it doesn’t feel as many people. All inclusive hotels tend to be repetitive on food, this less so due to the amount of it. If repetition isn’t your thing, choose self catering. I should have researched the area more, outside the hotel is all around gift type shops. The restaurants are circa eight miles away. This sits with my planning and nothing else, that said it wasn’t a big issue. We do not normally do large hotels, however we would return. Turkey by perception feels far more relaxed about H&S, taxi & mini bus drivers on their phone etc. Some previous guests look to have had unfortunate accidents, I guess water slides and the like come with this potential, our thirteen year old girl and myself had a blast. That said I was raised with the mindset of be careful or accept the risks. All the entertainment was again well plan, the BMX and roller skate display was bonkers. We have had a great time, the weather has been amazing and we will return to Turkey again.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel!
Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel, room was such a disappointment, completely different from the pics on the website, please don’t be fooled by the images here vs the reality. The room was filthy and dated looking, I probably would’ve gotten better decor in a cheap motel. Food in the hotel is cheap and greasy! . Please think twice before booking this place!!!!
