CLUB HOTEL SERA

Everything super. Clean, delicious, friendly, quaiet. I specially liked fresh warm waffles with chocolates syrop and plenty fruits on top. Room was with balcony with see wiew, large size, with cattle in,coffee, tea. Fridge with plenty drinks. Big thanks to hotel staff for hospitality. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was big, ornate looking (but not entirely sure what the theme/style was, in all honesty) and had various eateries throughout the place via small walkways. If you struggle walking through a maze you won’t like this place much. It was very crowded and full of Russians who were rather rude, obnoxious and loud. Enough said. And if that wasn’t bad enough the hotel was full of stray dogs and cats. Two dogs kept humping each other - on the beach and by the pool - which put me right off the place. The beach was covered in dog excrement too. It was vile. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room. It was switched on but nothing came out and it got so hot (up to 28oC at night) that you’d have to open the balcony door which did help a bit but then you just couldn’t sleep because of all the stray dogs barking all night. Suffice to say we didn’t get much sleep and after just 3 nights we’d had enough and we left and went to stay at another hotel far, far away from Antalya. We would have to go back for one night before leaving for home but we’d manage that, surely. The on-site shop was extortionately priced, selling a disposable vape for £38 each and a blow up floaty for £37!!! We didn’t buy either of these items. The food was ok to be fair. Lots of choice. Not so much for the British palate though unless you like chips and chicken or mash and steak. I do so I was fine but the rest of the family struggled. The coffee shop did some nice coffees and cakes. The pools were absolutely freezing. No one ventured in. My daughter, who usually gets into any temperature pool, would not go in either so they must have been bad. To be honest I’m struggling to remember much of our stay at Club Hotel Sera. We did fall in love with some of the stray dogs and kittens and wanted to bring them all home with us.😢 Oh and they did pack us a lunch box when we left the hotel for the airport at 6.30am after returning to the hotel for our last night which was a very nice gesture. There were 5 of us but we were only given 3 lunches which was odd. I ate all mine at the airport, so thank you for that. I think it’s fair to say we will not be returning to this hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel for 10 days with my twins and my dad in a family room. It felt like we were in the Sultan's suite, comfort and view wise. The twins loved the mini club - every day there was a new activity, free of charge. Mini disco was also great. The girls couldn't do enough for us. Our room keeper would leave new creations with towels and keep the place tidy and clean. The food was delicious, plenty of choice for all tastes and moods. We will be back again next year.

**Review of Travel Agent at Club Sera Hotel** I recently stayed at Club Sera Hotel and had a good experience overall. However, I want to share my poor experience with the travel agent, Yusuf. Before our trip, we had already booked activities through Tripadvisor, so we were not looking for anything new. But when Yusuf learned we had our daughter with us, he suggested we go to the "Land of Legends" night show. He told us it was a spectacular experience and offered to arrange it for £80, saying it was worth it. We decided to book the trip, hoping our daughter would enjoy it. We were picked up from the hotel at 7:45 PM, but upon arrival, we found out that both the entrance and the show were free! We ended up paying £80 just for transport. A taxi would have cost about 1800 Turkish Lira, which is around £40.55. The show was okay but nothing special. On the way back, I spoke to other travelers who said they paid only 10 euros per person for the same trip. This made us feel scammed, which is not a good way to end our holiday. When I asked Yusuf about this, he denied any wrongdoing, so I didn’t see the point in discussing it further. I just wanted to leave this review to warn others about the travel agent at Club Sera Hotel. Be careful if you decide to book trips with him!

Caretta kids club recommendation Emel and Busra done their job very good. Our children stayed here every day and didn't want to leave, that's the best criteria that shows how good club is. Also mini disko was good every evening. Thanks for your job.
