CLOVER MAGIC PARK SIDE HOTEL

Arrived lateat night at hotel young guy on reception was very efficient and got me to my room quickly. Room was great. Clean and served my needs. However there was no info on meal times...where you had to go. Etc I had to ask at reception the older man on reception I felt was very dismissive like I should know.... I might add there was no information sheet in my room hence I had to ask. The cleaner attend on both days I was there. Overall the food was fine a typical Turkish buffet. The whole hotel was clean and constantly being cleaned.

This place needs closing down dirty,most of staff unfriendly, people unfriendly shower is horrible Broken tiles near pool , fizzy drinks and coffee machine only works occasionally No toilet paper had to ask every time No lighting on outside stairs had to use our mobile phones as lighting

This hotel is just unhygienic and infested with ants ! We are just back from a weeks break here and take it from me pay extra and go somewhere else. This hotel is in a great location but that's about all it has going for it. We arrived to check in and were met with two teenage boys who handed us a leaflet and that was the sum total of our check in, no hotel info zip it was your room is through there and they went out for a cigarette. The all inclusive is not worth the money unless you like olives and stale bread for every meal. The drinks are questionable and the bars are only open when they feel like it. The worst part of this hotel is the sheer lack my of maintenance and cleaning please see my pictures and compare them to the professional ones used to promote this hotel! The black think in the bathroom are ants which by the way are on and in everything !!! Need I say more!

So when you choose a standard room you get basement rooms. Basement rooms have mould and bad smell as you can see in the image and at times the first floor leaks into the ceiling and onto your floor. It is not a hygienic hotel, very old. The food is not good and plates as well as cutlery are not clean. There is practically NO WIFI. it DOES NOT WORK effectively AT ALL. They advertise for paid WiFi for the hotel however that is also not great and it does not work in the basement . Even if you pay. They are 3 blocks , the 3rd block is the worst. You will have drunk people running around. This hotel is VERY RUSSIAN DOMINATED. positives are most of the staff are very helpful and nice. However, being nice to visitors should be a standard. There are ottobusses very close to the hotel which you can use for transport for land of leagends and other tourist affectations instead of paying for taxi all the time. Just have to ask about. Location is the ideal for this place and if you don’t plan to stay in the hotel a lot. Choosing to stay in this hotel for most days would be very boring and a bad holiday.

Every single morning we were woken up by a stupid German song. We wanted to sleep in because we worked late during our stay. We will not rebook. Pool was nice but does not make up for lack of sleep, and staff seemed good but lack of guests made the music seem too much.
