Fantastic stay for rest, relaxation and winter sun!

Excellent friends couples trip stay! Incredible rooms - stunning and comfortable, so big. Excellent, attentive staff couldn’t do enough for you - special shoutout to the best waiter ever - Figoo! Pools are lovely - very clean, nice beach the other side! Good drinks included but cocktails could have been a little better. Lovely food but we would have loved more authentic Egyptian food! Had some flavour fatigue and went out of the resort a few times to eat but overall we had a fantastic stay and wonderful experience and hope to be back and we would definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay

Waleed Abdul was very friendly and super kind at the Palmento Restaurant. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful service throughout our stay, they truly made us feel at home. A wonderful experience overall!

Fantastic hotel !

Having been on holiday in Sharm el Sheikh a number of times, but not for some years, we were delighted to return & stay at the Cleopatra Adults only. Had a fantastic time. It’s only a year old, and looks brand new. Very well appointed and excellent food & service. 4 good pool areas. We didn’t use a la carte restaurant, so can’t comment on that. Pool bar lunchtime food very good, as was food in main restaurant. I did take the shuttle to the other side. Lovely beach, but too windy for me to snorkel. I did have a cheeky beer in the Beach Grill though. All in all my wife & I were delighted to stay at this hotel, every aspect of our stay was fantastic. We will definitely return, and I very much recommend !! Oh - I forgot to mention the Ripples pool. It has a wave generator and is great fun ! Opposite pool bar, and comes on every 2 hours between 10 & 4. Have a go !

Relaxing time.

Lovely relaxing stay, rooms are spacious & we had the best housekeeper Ahmed Thabet! Heated pool was lovely, hotel is spacious & very clean. Overall a great stay, food took a bit of getting used too & can be quite receptive. Would definitely come back for some winter sun.

The staff are exceptional at cleopatra

Figoo was the best waiter we’ve come across at an all inclusive so attentive making sure we’ve got a table and drinks we’re always topped up! Food at the main restaurant buffet style was hit or miss always has chips and rice but sometimes rice has some extras in it?! The cleaner that came in everyday without fail was great from changing towels to making objects with the towels never failed!
