CLEOPATRA LUXURY RESORT SHARM

Absolutely amazing resort. The food was delicious and so varied, we loved it. The resort itself is huge and filled with stuff you can do. All of the staff are super friendly and eager to help. The resort backs on to a beach and you can see the most beautiful fish from the pier. Our cleaner was Ibrahim and he was so kind and so good, our room was spotless every day. It was our first time in Egypt and out of Europe in general and I would 100% come back and recommend this place to anyone. The waiters in the Red Sea restaurant in particular were so attentive and polite, will miss all of the staff We also booked a couple of excursions through the hotel ( do not book through anyone other than the hotel rep), we did the VIP boat snorkelling trip and the quad biking with stargazing, both amazing experiences and I would do both again.

This has to be one of the best hotel experiences I have had within the past few years, the hotel itself is set in beautiful green grounds with many palm trees and around 6 swimming pools along and very nicely decorated, there a number of restaurants and bars and special themed bars which you get two meals at in 7 days if all inclusive. The staff could not be more attentive, in fact I would say they were probably the best service staff I have ever had at any hotel, nothing was too much, you never had to wait for a drink, and the bar staff quickly knew your name and drink choices. Water was also aplenty and given out everywhere, which again is a good sign of a good hotel. The beach is very shallow for kids but has coral so bring or buy some beach shoes! Sharm el Sheik Airport is a nightmare, we used Pearl Assist to get us through customs quickly, it costs about $25 per person. In Sharm, they accept Egyptian Pounds, US Dollars or even UK Sterling, they really do try to help you out where they can even on money. I used iDrive app to get taxi's very cheaply around Sharm, and a lot cheaper than hotel taxis.

Can't fault this wonderful hotel, rooms, staff, pools, and restaurants all fantastic. Sunbed drinks service a great luxury, quiet pools and animation at busier heated pool. Good non brand drinks, in actual glasses, and a good selection of cocktails and mocktails also included. The a la carte Seafood restaurant was great, lovely range of seafood, and meat and pasta dishes to suit everyone. Booking for the restaurants was easy, only a day or two in advance so not too busy.

Such an amazing holiday. The staff were so friendly and good vibes all round. I will definitely be returning and highly recommended this place to holiday . It was relaxing time with stunning views and I am already looking to come back. How lucky to have chosen this place!

Well, every holiday has to come to an end, and this is our last day here at the Cleopatra Luxury Resort. Having been to Egypt loads of times, I have to say this hotel has exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is clean, spacious, and welcoming and has been hassle-free. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible; nothing is too much trouble, and any request is usually met. I would highly recommend venturing out of the hotel; a short taxi ride to Le Strada or Soho Square is a must, with plenty of restaurants offering a variety of foods that are very reasonably priced. Thank you to all the staff and management; we wish you all well for the future and hope to see you all again soon.
