    AVOID!!!!!!!
Delayed an hour but when got there was told there were no rooms available from 2 girls who also were stranded at this hell hole. The family we arrived with had 2 young children and I was 34 weeks pregnant at the time, no staff to be seen until morning after I spend 10 hours (all night as arrived at midnight) on the phone to our provider and hotel ignored the calls and emails from them. Eventually reception and bar ladies turned up (lovely girls). Not enough food for everyone mainly watermelon blood on beds, dirty, definitely not 4 stars. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

    Avoid at all cost
We had the worst experience here, we arrived at 23:00 at night to be greeted with nothing and no one. We finally hunted a boy down who didn’t speak no English so we had to use google translate And then he managed to get a man to come down and check us in finally after 90 minutes of panicking, the man then over charged us for the taxes! But I was too scared to ask any questions as it was just me and my daughter. When we got into our room it was basic but ok, the towels were dirty so we couldn’t shower till getting them replaced the next day, then the next day we explored the hotel which had a few pretty places. But very unclean and smelly. The food ……………….. there was never enough food for everyone and a few people were filling their plates and when we got there nothing was left apart from water melon 🤢 we ate out most nights. The drink ………… we went all inclusive and there was only two alcohol options think it was brandy and a Greek drink everything else was chargeable (so not a proper all inclusive) Swimming pool literally turned all my costumes green 😩 My only plus was location

Save your money and stay somewhere else!
Casa Orama Boutique Hotel was an absolute disaster from the moment we arrived. First, they didn't even have a room for us on the first night, despite having booked in advance. We were relocated to another hotel, which was incredibly inconvenient. When we finally got to our room, it was filthy—dirty floors, a musty smell, and the towels looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. To make matters worse, the room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to relax. The pool? Disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The water was murky, and there was debris floating around. There's no way anyone should be swimming in that. As for the food, it was the same thing every single day, and even worse, it was reheated leftovers by the evening. The lack of variety and the low quality made it feel like we were stuck in a terrible cafeteria. The hotel claims to be 4-star, but in reality, it's more like 1-star at best. I would not recommend Casa Orama Boutique Hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

    No way 4 stars
I decided to take my mum on holiday as she hasn't been overseas for 15 years. Whilst browsing I noticed the all inclusive hotel at Casa Orama. It said 4 star and had 4 out of 5 on trip advisor. I know what we paid for 4 star is cheap, however, I thought we had got a good deal. I did read the reviews before booking and most saying lovely hotel, food, location, etc. I decided to book it as a treat for me and my mum. Nearer to travelling I looked at trip advisor again and saw bad reviews. I was looking at changing hotel but people said it might be just really fussy people. They were wrong. The advantages were: there was a room when we arrived, I'd heard and seen that there wasn't enough rooms for everyone that booked. The location was great. The beds were comfy and the air con was good. The female staff were amazing. The men were so grumpy and inhospitable. Also the bar man had a huge love bite and rarely smiled. The bathroom was riddled with mold and disgusting. The rest are disadvantages. Everything that people have wrote is true. Breakfast was 8am-10am. One day we got there at 8.45am and all I could get was 2 slices of cheese and a piece of cake. The coffee machine was broke and also the watery juices. The selection of alcoholic drinks were Raki or brandy, beer and wine that tastes really weird and had raki in it. I really don't like raki. I ordered the Brandy sunrise and it had very watered down brandy in it. Lunch was ok, however dinner was just warm ups from lunch. We ate out 5 nights out of 7. To cut a long story short Casa Orama needs to either drop a star or two or listen to the reviews and sort it out. Also, because the hotel is classed as 4 star you have to pay more tax.

Lucky to have a 3 star review!
We stayed at Casa Orama for 7 nights 8 days while in Hersonissos, there’s a lot that both good and bad about the hotel. I’ll attach a list of pros and cons below that hopefully some of you find useful. Pros: -Amazing location -Friendly and helpful reception staff -Cheap hotel -Comfy beds -Decently cooked food -Plenty of sunbeds for all of the guests -Kept clean Cons: -Not double beds (as we paid extra for), both single beds, most good hotels would offer a partial refund as they don’t actually have any double beds throughout the hotel, but the man that we spoke to on reception simply shrugged his shoulders as we stated that we paid a lot more for a double bed instead of the standard twin -Unfriendly manager; did not want to answer our questions and told us that he wouldn’t give us a number for a taxi even when we said that we would call ourselves -Outdated building; cracked walls in the bathrooms, stained walls, still has old branding on the hotel -Food although edible is not the best and has VERY LIMITED options, photos showed a good variety of food but there is a maximum of 4 hot foods each day (fish, potatoes, pasta and peppers), along with watermelon (and occasionally galia melon) for dessert at every meal time -Drinks machine was always ran out, we only had working fizzy drinks on the first day; the only other drinks they had was tap water, orange squash or beer -Pool bar was never open on time (10am), it always opened at least an hour after, if not it was often later than 11am and reception in the morning never had anyone in sight until around 11.30am -Pillows; we were only given one flimsy flat pillow each whilst we were staying here for the first night, we asked the next morning and the man on reception stated that they didn’t have any and couldn’t help. We then asked the lady who was on in the evening (she was incredibly helpful and definitely deserves a pay rise), who said no problem at all and even brought 2 more pillows up to the room for us -The drinks at this ‘all-inclusive’ hotel are far and from all-inclusive, there was very little option as stated above regarding the drinks machine in the restaurant. At the pool bar once it opened, there was again beer available, along with a small variety of other drinks like Pepsi, pineapple juice, peach juice, tap water, soda water, and 2 cocktails with Raki; which all was only free until 10pm then you had to pay for all drinks. There was a small range of other cocktails, all which were priced at €7 per small cocktail, if you went to a proper cocktail bar with large sizing and generous pours like Bio Bio less than a 2 minute walk out of the hotel they were priced at €5 per large cocktail. -Pool towels and Amenities that are all listed on their website for free that all guests have.. These are non existent, we arrived with shampoo and conditioner just in case but we still didn’t expect to have nothing but soap there, we also went out and bought our own pool towels as there were none there even after they’d been stated on their website In short, I do think it’s safe to say that we will not be returning and I think that they should feel lucky to only have a 3 star review from me, mainly due to the great location that this hotel is in.
