Awful place. Don’t bother. It has great views and the potential to be lovely but it’s not. -our sea view room with balcony or terrace for 4 was no sea view and table for two with broken chairs. - Housekeeping non-existent. - Food awful. Tepid, and undercooked. I love Turkish food and this was not it. - poor/non existent entertainment - broken slide in the water park and set times - poor overall hygiene and facilities - staff barely spoke English - not suitable for people with limited mobility

We booked as a late deal and we're happy with the hotel for what we paid. Very basic room with limited hanging space and a firm bed but the linen was of a reasonable quality. The shower was hot with good pressure and towels were clean and changed daily. Food was a little repetitive but adequate, we are not fussy eaters and found enough to eat in the main buffet. There are wonderful views from the outdoor terrace but the dining chairs are quite low to the tables and we often had to chase a cat off the seat. The snack bar is good for lunches and ice cream. Bar drinks were reasonable with a couple of international brands on request, the Tuborg beer was very pleasant. We took the local bus into Bodrum for 3 euros each way per couple and enjoyed our day. The Staff speak enough English to assist customers and were pleasant, hard working and helpful overall. Special thank yous to Melana in the buffet, Mustafa for his never ending drinks service in the buffet bar and the lovely Ladies in the Garden Cafe for serving fresh ground coffee with a smile. This takes a great imagination to be called a 5* hotel but we enjoyed our holiday and would return if the price was good. It is not for picky eaters or people with mobility problems but swimming in the sea during October was wonderful and the views from most parts of the resort are breathtaking. Top tip, take your snorkelling gear and wet shoes to swim with a variety of fish in the enclosed bay.

Absolutely awful. No restraunts open (only canteen) minimum selection of food served dangerously warm if not gone cold. Refrigerated salad bars not switched on with flies on everything. Beach area is shockingly dirty with rubbish never collected. Pier (for sunbathing) out of action and collapsing into the sea, I'm still waiting for the entertainment (it doesn't exist) the place needs repairing, decorating and cleaning. If you have any kind of mobility issues, don't bother coming. No Atm or money changing facilities. If you get sick (we have been for a week) your stuffed. Spa was the only nice experience here. Absolutely not 5 star! The relaxing pool does not exist... It was demolished years ago (the photos are out of date) Cat and dog poop the norm around the place. Blue Dreams is not worth your hard earned money.

The hotel is defiantly not 5* ! and TUI and the hotel need to work on their advertising as they are portraying the hotel to be far better than what it is. The hotel is 3* at best and providing you pay 3* prices then you get what you pay for. my deal wasn't too bad, and I would of been majorly angry if I had of paid more! The pictures of the hotel need to be updated to show its current standard ! However, rooms are basic but we had fresh bedding and towels each day. We were lucky that our room was actually ok, but some of them looked rough. Yes there is only one English channel on the TV but suppose you are in foreign country. mini bar also got refilled each day which was good. The hotel isn't the cleanest and needs a lot of TLC. There is a lot of rubbish and some areas are fairly dirty. We can all take pictures of a cracked tile or two and dramatize it, but there are defiantly areas that need a refurbishment and fixing throughout the hotel. I know some people have mentioned how " Hilly" the hotel is, and yes there is a steep hill to get the bus at the top of the hotel and to get to your room there is a lot of steps or the lift. But the hotel is built on a hillside so if you have mobility issues I would recommend staying in a hotel that is not built on a hill. The lift to the rooms also has a walkway that feels like you're walking the plank to get to your rooms, I’m sure it’s more than safe but feels dodgy at night time. The hotel could also do with some more lighting at night time, as there are parts of the hotel that look half decent, if they were lit up. Due to its location, north facing, the sun doesn't shine much on the hotel around the pools so there are very few sunny areas. The beach tends to get a lot of sun through the day but this is also a man made beach so is not a golden sandy beach, it’s very pebbly. Having that said it’s not a bad little beach for a few days. There are also a few broken sun beds, which I'm sure you would find in every hotel but it just adds to the general theme of the hotel looking tiered. food and drink wise, it was ok, I know a few people have mentioned about food poising and uncooked food, fortunately we didn't become ill, but because of previous reviews were also conscientious on what we chose. Food is very basic and repetitive. I’m sure you would find something to eat but keep expectations low, its 3* hotel food. Drinks wise it’s all local stuff, there wasn't any brands but it’s not bad it kept us hydrated and they also have fridges of water dotted about which I thought was good, when they kept them stocked up. All in all there is a bit of false advertising going on but it was bearable for a week. I won’t be returning and personally think the hotel needs to be advertised at a 3*.

Got a last minute deal and, for what we paid, I was happy enough but had we paid full price we’d have been disappointed. Room was very small- you couldn’t get more than one person in the bathroom at once. Towels were absolutely thread bare, so so thin! Floor needed sweeping when we arrived as covered in sand/grit which was transferred from our feet to the bed when we laid down. Bed was rock hard and we both had bad backs by the end of the week. Balcony was insanely small-only room for the 2 chairs & table so how they expected you to sit out on it is a mystery! Hotel is right on the main road so depending where your room is, it can be noisy. Pools were lovely and plenty of choice of sun beds- no need to reserve early. The snack bar was lovely and served freshly cooked food with a nice self-serve salad bar. Restaurant food was so-so. Plenty of choice but quality was average however main gripe was temperature 😕. Food was never that warm out of the serving dishes and halfway through eating your food it was cold. Loads of choice in the salad bars with cheese, olives etc which was lovely though. Alacarte restaurant was nice-food is cooked to order, therefore hot. Likewise with snack bar which we used every lunchtime as the foods actually hot! Cleanliness could have been a better. Some areas were filthy like lifts & walkways. I'd estimate about 10-20% British there which is fine by us-we don't go on holiday to spend it with brits! However the 60-70% Russian holidaymakers are culturally very different and very rude-especially to waiting/serving staff which annoyed me. Theyre generally unpleasant to be around which didn't make for a great time. Holiday was ok but l'd never go back here.
