BIO HOTEL SUITES

Once again I cannot fault this hotel - our 5th stay was excellent and I will never hesitate to go back. The hotel is very clean , the rooms are well appointed . The staff , well what can I say , they are simply wonderful and make the hotel feel like home. Thank you to you all for making our stay enjoyable again. The food choice is very good both breakfast and evening meal . We have already booked for next year for the same 2 weeks. Simply perfect !!!!!

Had a Massage at the Spa with Kostas. Piret and another lovely colleague where informing us very well about the different treatments during the week. So fter a few days I decided to book a neck, back, head and foot massage, and it was perfect. Prices are absolutely fair and the Spa is very clean and beautiful. Perfect ending of out lovely stay at this nice hotel. We will definitely come back and have another massage!

Outstanding hotel!!! Amaizing staff, very kind and friendly.Excellent food. Great location, close to the old town. Currently it's our 3rd holiday in this hotel and definitely gonna back here again.I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel for numerous reasons, you won't be disappointed.

This was the first time we visited Crete and we decided to book this hotel according to the wonderful reviews what this hotel had received earlier in TripAdvisor. Many were saying that you get a 5-star hotel although it's rated for 4-stars and damn right the reviews were correct!! :) We had just a wonderful holiday in this hotel with all inclusive. Buffets were delicious and the food themes were changing every day. Very tasty food and I have never ever got so tasty desserts in any place! It was almost sad that my tummy was always so full when it was time for the desserts. The service was so polite, fast and kind everywhere you went. The hotel is really clean and I just loved our hotel room cleaning lady who was always so happy and cheerful. We asked her to change the double blanket for two smaller ones. We both need our own blankets or in this case only linen is needed. The room AC's worked well as we had one-bedroom apartment. Really loved that the bedroom was a separate space there. The hotel was quiet so no earplugs needed at all. Our room was facing the pool, so that of course impacted to the quietness. The best place to be in this hotel is of course the BAR! Really well made and tasty drinks. The service there is so funny that upgrades your experience! Lots of laughs, ouzo shots and good service. We especially want to thank Zacharenia, "George" and Ionna for making us feel so great and served! We will definitely meet again. The location for the hotel is great that it's just 1 block away from the main street which makes the hotel surroundings peaceful but still it's not a long way to the old town and especially to the beach. The Bio hotel beach cost 9e/day for two sunbeds and umbrella and you can bring your own food and drinks there. Also you get service if needed. We ordered a really tasty pizza at the beach and it was good size sharing for two. We don't have anything to complain and we are definitely coming back! We look back on a very pleasant 3-week stay in Crete. The hotel bio suites where we stayed was fine. We felt the warmth of the staff every day, who ensured that we lacked nothing. Bio suites hotel has neatly furnished rooms, a beautiful swimming pool, a restaurant, bar, gym and spa. The price/quality ratio is very reasonable. Guests can use the facilities free of charge. However, a massage costs money. My husband put it to the test and had a one-hour massage with Konstantinos. His colleague Piret had convinced him of this pleasant experience. Although the spa and massage require the necessary attention, they are not intrusive. The people remain friendly and polite. Very pleasant for all guests. Konstantinos gave a very good massage; so all credits go to him. We wish him good luck with his physiotherapy studies!
