Fabulous Holiday, can highly recommend

What a fabulous 2 week holiday my husband Lloyd Dwyers and I had in early November. The hotel is beautiful, the staff can't do enough for you and they are very friendly. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and beach, we didn't have to move from our sunbeds, there was always a waiter nearby to bring us drinks, a big thank you to Murat and all the other pool and beach staff. The food choice in the buffet restaurant was superb and it also tasted amazing, just couldn't fault it, again the staff in the restaurant were lovely, a big thank you to our waiter Bayram, he couldn't do enough for us, sorting out our drinks and generally making mealtimes a pleasure. Also a big thank you to Necla, she made the best omelettes, and always with a smile. Necla also served in the Bistro restaurant, we went there most days for an ice cream, she gave both me and my husband one with a face, so very funny. We also ate at the Quentine beach restaurant, and we had some fabulous meals, again the waiters were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. A big thank you to Ahmet and Durmas. Durmas also got us a bottle of Pomegranate sour dressing, which we absolutely love on our salad, it was so kind of him to offer to get it for us. The ladies who cleaned our room did a wonderful job, we asked for some softer pillows and they brought them to us immediately, we had the best night's sleep. Side is a beautiful resort and I can highly recommend Poloma Perissia as your choice of hotel for the perfect holiday. We will definitely return.

Lovely holiday at Paloma Perissia

Lovely hotel. Fantastic staff. Waiting staff were all good especially, Murat, poolside bar. Very good service. Food was good, room always cleaned well. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Beach side, lots of sun bed available. Drinks service on the beach.

What a special place, a rare gem of a hotel.

Amazing experience at a beautiful hotel, did not want to go home! We had a lovely room, so comfortable and a real home away from home. The hotel is spotless as hygiene and cleanliness is taken very seriously. The location of the hotel is wonderful and we really enjoyed trying different spots throughout such as wabi Sabi and the beach each day. The food and drink was so good with plenty of variety to cater to every taste. Lastly all the members of staff were incredible, friendly and everyone we came across was dedicated to making our stay exceptional; a few honourable mentions go to the reception team including Sevgi and Yalain and excellent service from Ismail from Quentine and Bistro bar Thank you so much for making my father’s birthday so special and giving us an enjoyable holiday. Thank you everyone at Paloma Perissia for going above and beyond, we will surely be back! Xxx

A lovely hotel

I’ve just returned from a two week Bridge holiday to this lovely hotel. My room was very clean and comfortable; special thanks go to my brilliant cleaner Hatice who did a wonderful job and was always smiling and friendly. The food was good with lots of choice but could have been hotter. We went to Wabi Sabi one evening which offers exceptional Asian cuisine, I recommend you try it. All the staff I met were very helpful and smile. Loved the Bistro ice creams in the afternoon and the lady who serves them with love and a flower design on top! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous all inclusive hotel

I've stayed at the Paloma Perissia over a dozen times since 2009. It's a fabulous 5 star hotel. Quite modern and very clean. It's on a beach front location about 45 minutes walk from the old town of Side. The old town has a Roman amphitheatre and lots of archaeological excavations exposing the foundations of ancient buildings from the Roman period. Staff that deserve a special mention firstly is Hanife. She works in the main restaurant and in the bars. She is hard working and often works after her shift has ended in order to support the staff coming in and starting theirs. Next is Kerem and Yavuș who both work hard in the restaurant setting up and clearing tables and ensuring guests are comfortable whilst eating. Then Necla who makes fabulous omelettes at breakfast efficiently and with good humour. Also, the excellent staff that tirelessly looked after guests in the bar area: Mete, Kübra, Berfin, Umutcan and the two Ibrahims. Finally, Zeynep on reception who helped me with one or two things. I will definitely be returning and I thoroughly recommend this amazing hotel.
