Beautiful hotel, very clean, recently refurbished, friendly and helpful staff. The spa is amazing. Would definitely recommend the Turkish bubble massage and full body massage. Wonderful experience. The food is very varied and beautifully presented. It might not be to everyone’s taste and is not particularly hot. There should be enough choice to suit all tastes. The hotel is air conditioned throughout. The entertainment team are friendly and not too pushy. The evening shows are not great and you are subjected to night after night of beaty loud house music. This stops at 11.30pm. The younger guests seemed to enjoy it. The hotel offer one booking at the A la Carte restaurant. We found it impossible to book so missed out on that experience. The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers and parasols. There is a beach bar which also provides a small menu. There is Wi-Fi available both there and everywhere in the hotel complex. Towels for the pool and beach are provided. The bar staff are very friendly and accommodating. The cocktails are lovely as is the lager and spirits. There are regular buses to Side for 1 euro each way. Side is as amazing town built around Roman buildings and ruins. Definitely worth a visit.

Dear trevelers,   I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of service during my recent holiday to ‘Berry Hotel’.   Upon arrival at the hotel, I encountered an unprofessional interaction with the manager, which created a tense atmosphere. Despite this, I tried to focus on enjoying my vacation.   However, several issues arose:   1. Lost Footwear: I misplaced my shoes at the private beach in front on the bar, an area monitored by security cameras. Despite my efforts, I was unable to retrieve them.The hotel staff redirected me repeatedly (as I figured to pass the time). Eventually, I was shown video footage where my shoes were visible clearly, but the manager denied their presence and refused to investigate further.   2. Transfer Service: The hotel transfer service was also problematic. The driver was significantly late, which nearly caused me to miss our flight. Furthermore, the driver spoke only Turkish and was unfamiliar with basic translation tools even Google Translate, meanwhile agreed transfer amount was changed on the day of departure. These issues adding unnecessary stress to my travel experience. Hopefully other guests will not have a such disappointing experience.

Beautiful decor with books, art, plants, wood and stone! The food is really delicious. The pools are great. The SPA is beautiful and massages are worth the price. The sea at the beach has quite a lot of rocks and deep zones. The beach is sand which is nice.

The hotel is not large, but cozy with a good pool. The rooms are great, cleaned every day. The cocktails are good, but the meals are the same day after day. The shows are more like a techno music party. The location could be better, there aren’t many places to walk around near the hotel.

This hotel offers you everything you need to have an extraordinary vacation. At the reception we were greeted by Mr. Ahmet who showed professionalism and was very helpful during our stay. The food is very good, the cakes and cocktails are amazing. The staff are very friendly, Denis and Tony made our mornings more fun. The room was clean, everything looked new and the cleaning was done every day, we thank Mrs. Zubure in this way. Also Mr. Gokhan was very helpful and nice with us. This hotel was the best choice and I would definitely come back.
