BEACH ALBATROS RESORT HURGHADA

We stayed at Beach Albatros Resort in Hurghada, and that was our first experience at an all-inclusive resort with our one year old son, and it exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, the food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety, and the entire place was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our son had a wonderful time exploring, playing, and enjoying the kid area. It was a perfect family getaway where we felt relaxed and well cared for. We’ll definitely return soon and wholeheartedly recommend this resort to our friends and family!

It was much better than the hotels in Sharm-El Seyh where we went last year. Although we could not be accommodated in another hotel due to the occupancy on the first day, they tried to do their best to eliminate our disadvantage. Especially Hamada Khalifa at the reception did his best to make us feel comfortable. We send our special thanks to her. In general the hotel is nice and clean. The employees are interested (even they can exaggerate from time to time) Especially, if the employees in the restaurant pay attention to the dress and cleanliness, it will be better. A hotel worth visiting again.

I had here my 3rd holiday, it's become a tradition. Beautiful place, amazing sea view, with great service, polite staff and delicious food. And of course thanks a lot to all who work for tourists good mood. For sure I'll back again!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel is huge, service is great. Need to remember that pools are cooled in October, so pretty cold to swim. Sea is better. Also some small things like ice cream available only 12.30 to 16.30, surfing available from 11.30 to 12.30, later after 15.00 to 16.30, also aquapark park closes at 13.00 and reopens at 15.00. Small things that you need to be aware, other than that its great value for money with family to choose from. Need to be careful with negotiation and promises for activities. Water activities as promised, rental of private boat ok, safari quad bikes all as promised. Be careful with SPA as prices crazy, but can reduce and negotiate as you want. Just lying about time, we booked for 60min, but massage was only for 30 min, so these things un acceptable i believe. Initial price for massage 175 eur for 1 hour, but final price was 35 eur for 1 hour, but massage was only 30min as aperantely they dont even have packages for 1 hour. All these things just small issues, same as shops next to entry of hotel, prices are crazy and need to negotiate by at least 3 times less.

We really enjoyed all Albatros Beach Resort, great and very nice service, perfect room service, perfect food, so many variability, so many oportunity what you can do, my kids loved aquapark, pools ( specially heated) , we can recomend stay
