Everything is amazing, bartenders service is 100% thank you all :) everyday they came with smile, i love snack bar and them cheese nuggets. Everyone working really fast. Muhamed Number.1! They try to make their best for our holidays. :):) ❤️

They were such a friendly staff.. especially by the bar. Ehab, Mohamad, Mohamad were very experienced and made amazing drinks. They were always available to take the orders. The food was good and the entire staff was very nice. Thank you!..

We have just returned from a week at the jaz Belvedere and overall we had an enjoyable time ,I will start with the positive experiences When we first arrived the front office manager Esmat El Ashkar greeted us warmly and took us to our room. We were dissatisfied with is room in block 12 as it had the smallest balcony we have ever seen !!! And was not a full sea view , without any problem we were changed to room 1019 which had a much bigger balcony and a full sea view 😀 The room was of a good standard with a super king bed and comfy pillows ,and a good sized bathroom . Special thanks to Mahmood who kept our room clean and tidy for our stay. All of the staff are a real credit to the hotel ,always smiling and friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Beautiful beach 🏖️ with plenty of sun beds ,and is kept immaculate by all the beach staff Great beach bar and the two men running the bar made great cocktails 🍹 The main bar in the hotel is great and the outside area overlooking the pool and then sea is great especially in the evening to have a cocktail before dinner . The gardens are beautiful and kept immaculate and we enjoyed walking round them and enjoying all the plants and trees. Now for the negatives . We come to sharm primarily for the snorkling and unfortunately the corals at the resort are sadly dead which has resulted in a huge lack of sea life which was a HUGE dissapoinment 😢 If you want to experience beautiful coral and sea life you have to go 20 minutes around the bay to barons bay ,and sharks bay where we have stayed on a previous holiday to sharm or pay for an excursion to nearby Tirana island or again pay for an excursion to the national park, cost is around 40 euros per person. The swimming pool is huge but unfortunately was very cold which was why is was empty for most of the day apart from an aerobics class.!!!!and most customers chose to swim in the sea which was much warmer. Restaurants: The main restaurant for the buffet we found to be very noisy and and looked like a huge cafeteria, we chose to eat outside which was much better and views looking out to sea ,however the chairs were uncomfortable and definitely need an update. Food overall was ok but please don’t expect too much ,however we did enjoy the bar b q each night and a very sweet lady making fresh bread from the tandoori oven. Breakfast was ok with a good selection of pastries and an egg station making fresh omelettes and fried eggs . The fresh fruit selection was very disappointing with only melon,dates and some sliced apple !!! Not vey 5 star !!! Also the juice was from a machine which was very sweet and unpleasant ,again for a resort calling itself 5 star This is not good enough ,the least u would expect is a selection of freshly made juices !!!! We had our one visit to the a la carte restaurant which were were looking forward to, unfortunately the restaurant was vey big and lacked any atmosphere and intamacy ,the food again was very disappointing and was served Luke warm ,however the staff again were very friendly. This resort as you can see has a lot of positives but to bring it up to a five star standard it needs a lot of updating, especially the main restaurant. Had we known about the lack of coral and sea life we certainly would not have chosen to come to this resort. I would like to end on a positive note and say a big thank you to all the staff who were all fantastic 😀

The hotel is awesome and the pool bar very good service (Mohamed elhosary and ehaB) they were very friendly and ready to help you with anything, the food was good and the variety of drinks was big. It was an awesome experience and it's worth to go there.
