AZURA DELUXE RESORT & SPA

Nice hotel with everything you can expect from an all-in 5 star hotel. Varied and tasty food, also lots of vegetables and fruit, friendly staff, swimming pools and sandy beach. In October the pool was already a bit colder, so most guests swam in the sea. Good hygiene, there is a lot of cleaning in the common areas (swimming pool, pier, restaurant). Animation for the children is also very cool and present throughout the day (mini-club, mini-disco and evening show). At the reception not all languages ​​are always spoken but there is a customer relations service where you can go with your questions. Customer relations service really does their best to record and solve all possible questions. Recommended for a nice relaxing beach holiday with good food.

Visited the hotel with our families from 5th-12th of October 2024. The weather was super during that time, very sunny and approximately 28 degrees every day. Loved the pool area which was pretty large and with great amount of sunbeds. Sea was also 2 steps away with beautiful clear water. Food was decent, great selection of fruits which we loved to have every morning, lunch and dinner. Our vacation was ruined by the fact that cleaning staff went through our bags and suitcases when they were cleaning our room (9am in the morning when we were at the spa having our pre-booked massages) and they stole over 300€ from 2 different wallets which were hidden in smalls pockets of our backpacks!!! None of our stuff was on the tables, it really needed effort to search the bags and find the small hidden wallets. Hotel staff was pretty rude with us at first when we told what has happened and the information they gave to us was always changing- it just didn’t make sense. Also it was very difficult to communicate with the staff due to their lack of English. In the end, we decided not to ruin our vacation totally and didnt turn into police because in the end it is word againts word (us vs cleaning lady). We do recommend you to carry your valued items always with you, such as cash, passports and jewelry + take photos of your items placing when you leave the room so you will have proof!!! But still…it is such a bad feeling when someone is going through your personal stuff. In the end the hotel at least offered us a free massage to compensate the situation.

The hotel is clean, the room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff were nice, but some of the staff hardly knew English - only Russian - this caused a problem with the la carte reservation. Some employees tried to force you to fill out a survey about the hotel - which they then took a photo of - it was very annoying. The food was good but almost the same every day.

Brillant experience. Azura Deluxe was perfect,we stayed there about five days during this holiday the employees did everything for our satisfaction. Everyone was genial and kind. Foods were delicious and animations is fair enough for us we got really enjoyble time at the hotel. On the next year we will come again. Thank you:))

We had a great holiday. Definitely visiting again. The service, foods, room quality at it’s finest. Also, there are lots of activites at the pool side or in amphitheater at night that made our holiday very fun. The staff are very caring. Greatings to mister Ibrahim who took care of our requests.
