Horribly loud place! Will never visit again. Too many english people fighting each other. Or beating their wifes after few drinks. Very loud music just to entertain few drunk heads is not acceptable for “family hotel”. You’re accepting children and don’t care about them.

Honest review - I feel some of the reviews have been a bit harsh but I will list the pros and cons. Overall we had a lovely family holiday and found the hotel to be clean and staff friendly. Pros - Clean hotel, friendly staff - Large room with balcony, air con, mini fridge and safe. - Decent variety of food at buffet (but repetitive) - Plenty of tables at breakfast/lunch/dinner - Plenty of sun loungers - Lady making turkish folded breads (with cheese/meat) through the day outside - Water slides - Very close to Land of Legends - Shuttle bus to beach every 20 mins - Snack bar/drinks/ice cream at beach included in all inclusive - Few little shops down the road - Short distance from Antalya Airport - Pool table (10€ for an hour), bowling alley (7€ per person), PS5 (6€ 30min/10€ 1hr) - Towels provided - On site spa (didn't use) - 2 x Al a Carte restaurants (again didn't use and Oct hols only Italian restaurant was open) - On site shop (quite pricey so for snacks go to the wee market down the road and for designer stuff go into Belek) this shop is open late - Unlimited bottled water throughout hotel - Belek only 10 mins away in taxi (25€ for return trip - Close to many golf courses - Lock on room broke, got the technical team to us relatively quickly with some prompting! - My son loved the hot chocolate - Wee disco, karaoke, bingo, live music each night - Midnight buffet (came in handy when we arrived quite late) Cons - In October hols the pools are freezing! (Even the ones that claim to be heated) - Again in Oct hols it's coming to end of season so don't expect much entertainment/animation team. - Hotel walls/doors don't keep much noise out so found it quite loud some evenings but we were still able to sleep. - Drinks not the greatest, cocktails don't taste authentic and cheap tasting coke etc. - Food not hot even if you go in as buffet opens - Food options for kids/fussy eaters is literally chips, nuggets, onion rings (Even at breakfast!) There's pasta too. - Some food not labelled and gets repetitive (that's all inclusive for you!) - Being offered a drink at lunch/dinner was a hit or a miss most days. - Cleaners have no English, try to be very helpful but hard to explain you don't need them to come into the room - Kids club didn't seem up to much but my son is a bit older and wouldn't have gone anyway. Kids mini disco always late 8.30/8.45pm each night for 30 mins and same music every night. My son and husband were both sick during our time in Turkey but I can't say why/how it came about. They avoided ice after but I was fine so really not sure. All in all we enjoyed our time (apart from freezing cold pools!) but don't know if we'd return in October time.

Totally honest review. Do not expect 5 star it’s a 3 ! October half term 2 adults 2 kids age 9 & 10 , total disappointment- Entertainment none existent did not see one show in 7 nights. Animation “ team” was 1 young lady who did kids club ( small room did colouring & suitable for toddler to age 5 ) No pool activity no football arranged for the kids. Poor food & poor drinks , in the main restaurant you have to chase waiter around to actually get a drink , it’s like they don’t want to serve you. We did speak to staff & were told that it was end of season & everything closing ( why sell the holiday) weather was still very hot 27c pool was bitterly cold did not heat up at all. Would never return to this hotel and would advise others to expect 3 Star & if going in October don’t bother.

This hotel is average, the food is near enough the time every single day, breakfast includes allot of the same stuff that is served during lunch and dinner as well. Salad was stale, i noticed straight away how the cucumbers did not look or taste fresh near enough all of the days. The drinks options is awful, tea is awful. Milk is only kept near the cereal, so you have to walk across to put milk in. & the tea is never hot. Tastes horrible. Soft drinks are flat. And they literally have a few options. One of the days we got served sparkly water when we asked for a mojito. This hotel also does not provide irons. Therefore we were unable to iron any of our clothes, the ones we wore were creased. And some we just could not wear cz the creases were so bad without an iron they would just not look right. Never been to an hotel where irons are not provided. Its literally a basic necessity. When i asked the reception they said you can use our laundry service. However that is not in house. And the return is 3 days. So even if we wanted to get the clothes ironed via them it was just time wasting. The cleaners are rude. They do not know how to clean. The day we came. My 3 yr old dropped sugar on the floor. The sugar brushed under the bed by the house keeping instead of hoovered up. They never top up the tea coffee in the room unless you ask them. One day the house keeping lady came into my room and was like omg. Started making faces because my 3 yr old dropped cereal infront of her. Not to be rude, but thats he job. To clean the room. I ended up saying sorry to her but then realised why am i saying sorry if shes making faces. Its her job to clean the room. No dusting is done. Theres dust everywhere. I made tea and the same mug as been sat there all week. Swimming pools are frozen. The big pool is freezing and to deep for children. Not suitable at all. They have a smaller pool for the kids, which looks constantly dirty. The side plastic is broken, which we saw people trip and fall over again n again. We told the staff and they just noded and did nothing about it. The slides were only open between 2-4. Its October, but people were going on them regardless of the water being freezing cold. Why open them for only 2 hours? You cant call a taxi from outside it has to be from the actual hotel. Where a standard taxi may cost £20, the hotels taxi will charge you £50. We were recommended this hotel. But this was a first and last for us as a family. I would not recommend.

This hotel is so bad about food isn’t fresh and all day same food for breakfast and lunch and dinner And so boring for spending time in this hotel and service for cleaning room is not good and till morning very loud of sound of music and argument people together me and my kids couldn’t good sleeping in this hotel And they are haven’t coffee for 2 days I never ever go to this hotel again
