Too much street noise and loud music from the night club next door

We had a room on the first floor facing the street above the lobby on the ground floor. It was not a pleasant experience at all. There is so much street noise due to passing vehicles and their loud horns all through the night. There is a night club right next to hotel which plays very loud music was past midnight. I have also recorded a video on my cell phone which I can't upload because this portal only allows photos to be uploaded. The hotel was not too bad and the location was good as well. My advise to travelers is to book the room on the highest available floor preferably facing the opposite site of the street.

Perfect stay.location and all together the hotel experience

The location is perfect close to the center but quiet. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious and many varieties. Eating breakfast while watching over the acropolis was perfect The rooftop spectacular

Very nice staff. Great location. Poor sound proof.

Got room 106. The window does not prevent sound from the street all days. Vehicles. People. Could not sleep well both 2 nights. Avoid room on low floors. Used to stay at 806 with little issue of noise from the street. Staff are super! No complaints to all departments. Roof top bar was okay. Nice view. Small menu. Super expensive. €6 for an Alpha beer. Went there 3 times. No other customers. Great staff. They got confused with our Mai Tai drink and refused to make corrections. Anyway, besides the sound proof problem and no coffee/tea maker in the room, it is an okay hotel to stay while visiting Athens.

Noisy stayin Athens.

The location was great. You couldn't ask for a better location, walking distance to everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast supplied was for all tastes. The noice and soundproofing was a nightmare. We were kept awake until 03:00 every night.

Disappointment

Our room was a cupboard. Not a window in site, unless you count opening a window to face a wall. Would have been okay if you could enjoy the rooftop and enjoy the fresh air and the view, but that is refused between breakfast and 5pm and a few drops of rain deemed it inaccessible in the evening. Great location. Awful hotel. They don't replenish water although you are supposed too. You can't access the cupboards and of you are two persons in a room with a normal suitcase it makes for some negotiation. ... If you want great walk...look up free walks Athens..if you lucky enough you will get Andrew, but please tip, we were shocked to see people only giving $5 tip after someone had spend 3.5 hours giving an amazing experience and incredible information...also book Devour food tour..incredible small group tour..you want be disappointed at either choice.
