we were at the end of the season. the hotel is worthy of four stars, not 5 stars. The food is the same all week. The hotel needs renovation. Evening programs are weak. Water entertainment is expensive, private sunbeds 60/70e per day, even bowling costs 20e. We liked drinks, cocktail’s, irish pub also great. beautiful scenery, there is a beautiful beach nearby.

End of the season disaster

In the end of the season the food is always the same. Not tasty. A lot of russian music in the evening. Not everybody is them and not everybody likes it, hotel doesn't care that there are other nations who doesn't like russian music and language. All activities are quite expensive: water activities 25€ per person/10min, pool 10€ 1hour, beach house 60€, if you want to stay in your room longer 10€/1hour. We also got dirty towel in our room.

Juju premier experience

Hello, this is my review on the Hotel Juju premier palace. Firstly id like to start off by the acknowledgement of the Food. The food is very good, and there is a lot of options in the restaurant. There is also a lot of Bars, which include many drinks. Another Good thing, is the workers. They are all very inclusive and kind, such as Irem, who welcomed us nicely into the Hotel. Also, the interior of the Hotel is very nice and clean. However, the outside really needs some renevations, such as the planks around the pool and on the terrace upstairs and on the bridge as they seem unsecure and are very loose. Also there are many unused building which also need renovating because it makes an abandoned look and atmosphere. There are also a lack of teenage kids (perhaps its due to the season) but i think there should be more activities in order to attract them and be more inclusive

Great !!!

The place is great, beautiful view, very nice I was the there for the barber competition and everything was perfectly organised We had service 24/7 And entertainment is really nice but the best person there is Irem, communicative and friendly and very beautiful as well. Thank you for everything , thanks you next year.

Beautiful hotel and amazing beach

We arrived at the hotel at noon and the reception staff were very nice and gave us already the room for check in. The room is very spacious and clean. The minibar is daily refilled. The main restaurant has a big variaty of fresh and tasty food. All the bars, beach bar, pastry bar, pool bar has friendly staff. The entairtenment program is very nice with lots of activities and friendly staff. The guest relation staff, Yuliya was very helpful and helped me out with a internet issue. Irem and Kuba from animation team were very friendly every day. The Spa has a spacious hamam and a large heated indoor pool. At the beach we had very good water sports. Overall it is a very good quality hotel and we will definitly return to here.
